More of a general headcanon of mine, but still is something mentioned in my au, is that the reason Tails is missing a section of his ear is because at some point during the metal virus, sometime during issue 21, the tip of his ear got clipped and he had to cut the infected bit off before the metal spread down his ear

(hopefully i'm not overstepping here even though i've lost :P just really wanted to answer this one because i think it's an interesting one)

Dragonfly AU never had a beta name as it came directly from the code name for Tania.

The name itself comes from me noticing how the solar wings in my Venice and Zero AU vaguely resembled actual dragonfly wings and I wanted to do something with that without altering that AU. So when working on Dragonfly's design I added hovering wings just like how the solar wings do, and while originally there were four to keep with the theme and original idea, they now have more inspiration from the wings in Genshin Impact's beginning cutscene.

i've mentioned before but tania wasn't the only person to be experimented on and i thought it'd be pretty fucked up if i showed off her becoming friends with one of the others only for them to die from something i came up with known as "critical rejection" where the body completely and almost always fatally rejects the modifications forced upon them, practically imploding their chaos core in the process.

Tania is the tallest hedgehog in Dragonfly AU because of her metal legs. Normally she'd be around Amy's height.

Naturally tallest to shortest goes Sonic (he's just abnormally tall for a hedgehog), Shadow (he's more above average height than tall but the shoes add to that), Tania and Amy (average heights for hedgehogs), and Silver (malnutrition stunted his growth)
