Is there anything better than something warming on a cold day? This is my matcha chai spiced drink. Blend coconut milk, 1tsp of matcha, half a teaspoon of all spice & half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Blend on high speed & then heat in a saucepan & add 2 tbsp of honey or maple syrup - healthy, sugar free & delicious! 🍵

Roasted veg & polenta - first time cooking polenta, thankfully was a success - very interesting dish for sure! 😋

Okay my first attempt at a rustic katsu curry with aubergine. This was amazing & aromatic & there are plenty of recipes on the web. I didn't want rice so instead a simple green salad with lime, grain mustard dressing 11/10!! 🍛😋

Roasted & Toasted red pepper, tomato, chilli 🌶 & almond, yes almond dip! With plenty of garlic, basil/parsley/coriander! This is a dip people will camp in front of at the party - healthy & delicious!
