Taking a break from conscious manifestation and shifting is something everyone needs
Constantly trying to stay in control of everything is exhausting, especially when you aren't seeing results. Continuing to put in the work when you see no movement is incredibly draining; it leads to frustration and makes you want to completely give up on yourself and manifestation altogether.
But here's the thing: you can't actually take a break from manifesting, because manifestation is always happening. You blinkβthat's a manifestation. Movement, observation, life itself... it's all constantly happening. It's like background noise, but it's always running.
That's why it's so important to take a break from conscious manifesting and just put your life on autopilot, the way itβs always been.
Just let everything go. Grab some snacks, put on an anime, a show, or a movie. Go for a walk and just observe the world, listen to music... just live like a regular human for a while, not a God. It won't strip you of your status as God, Creator, or Observer, but it will give your brain a much-needed reset.
(By the way, meditation is the perfect way to give your brain a rest.)
After a successful shiftinf or manifestation I usually take a break. Even though I know that taking breaks is technically "bad" for me (because I always end up starting over from scratch instead of picking up where I left off), and even though I feel like I always need to be in the zone and keep my momentum... I just checked out.
1. Manifestation is still happening. Iβm constantly getting the classes I don't want to attend canceled. The weather outside is exactly what I want, just because I love gloomy days. When I had a meltdown, instead of my usual self-deprecation and telling myself I'm trash, I actually started hyping myself up and saying how cool I am (which is a massive fucking win for me).
2. When you rest and just observe without the pressure of trying to manifest or shift, you start to realize and re-evaluate things.
Taking breaks is so important.
