Make sure you don't accidentally punish people for communicating their needs and boundaries. When someone cares enough to have the uncomfortable conversation, that's a compliment and a clear sign that they are invested in the relationship. Yes of course it's uncomfortable to hear that something you've been doing has been upsetting someone you care about when that was never your intention, but people generally only bother to have these conversations with the people they want to keep around - the people they trust to care. If they just didn't like you, they'd probably just try to avoid you. So make sure you don't make it into a more punishing experience than it has to be. Try to see the care and the trust behind the criticism, even when it triggers uncomfortable emotions. It's a good sign that they're there telling you.
Happy Birthday, Husband
There is a quiet peace in accepting that you don’t have to know everything. In a world that constantly demands answers, certainty, and control, there is something freeing about embracing the unknown. Not every question needs an immediate solution, and not every mystery needs to be unraveled. Sometimes, the most profound moments come from simply existing in the present, trusting that time will reveal what truly matters. Letting go of the need to always understand allows space for curiosity, growth, and serenity.
When you stop chasing certainty, life becomes less about anxiety and more about wonder. You begin to appreciate the beauty of unfolding moments instead of trying to force them into a narrative. The unknown is not always something to fear—it can be an open invitation to experience life as it comes, without the pressure of having everything figured out. There is a quiet strength in saying, “I don’t know, and that’s okay.” Because in that surrender, you find true peace.

iansimkins: In the parable of the Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11-32), we often focus on the younger son-the rebel who took his inheritance, left home, and hit rock bottom. His story is familiar: rebellion, regret, return.
But there's another son in the story-the older brother-whose struggle is more subtle but just as dangerous: resentment.
The younger son's rebellion is obvious. He runs from the father's house, convinced that freedom is found far from home. His story feels messy and loud. Yet, when he returns, expecting judgment, he's met with grace.
The Father runs to him, embraces him, and throws a feast. The Father goes after the rebel with mercy.
But don't miss the older brother. His rebellion isn't in leaving; it's in staying for the wrong reasons. On the outside, he looks faithful-he stayed home, did the work, followed the rules. But inside? Resentment.
Anger. Entitlement. When the celebration begins, he refuses to join. He's bitter because grace feels unfair when you think you've earned it. And yet, the Father goes after him, too. He leaves the party to plead with his older son.
The Father pursues both sons. The reckless and the resentful. The wanderer and the worker. The one who broke all the rules and the one who followed them but missed the heart behind them.
We can run from God in obvious rebellion-ignoring His ways, chasing counterfeit freedom. But we can also resist Him through quiet resentment-believing our goodness earns us something, resenting grace when it's given freely to others.
Both rebellion and resentment keep us from the joy of the Father's table. But the good news? The Father's love runs toward both. His arms are open to the returning rebel and the resentful rule-follower.
Disappointed, but not surprised.
Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is the greatest person ever to walk the face of the earth. He was our greatest example in all things pertaining to godliness'. His love was expressed to all people and it overflowed towards them.
He was just as concerned about individuals, as He was with the crowds. Jesus mingled with all people from every class and social status.
Jesus did not hold any prejudices. He ate with sinners, immoral people and tax collectors, yet never lowered His standard of godliness - He met people where they were. When he met the woman at the well, He said, leave your life of sin. When He meets us at the point of our need He also gives us the grace and raises us up to His standard. He loves us too much to leave us the way we are.
And the Lord--who is the Spirit--makes us more and more like Jesus as we are changed into His glorious image. 2 Corinthians 3:18
Jesus didn’t use coercion or manipulation; he merely stated what it meant to follow him and let them decide. Jesus doesn’t force, because you can’t make someone love you.
(InterVarsity Evangelism)
God proves His love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8
As we stand at the cross of Christ we see a glorious exhibition of God’s love. Paul wrote, “While we were powerless to help ourselves . . . Christ died for sinful men.” In human experience, it is a rare thing for one man to give his life for another, even if the latter is a good man, though there have been a few who have had the courage to do it. Yet the proof of God’s amazing love is this: that it was “while we were sinners Christ died for us.”
Prayer: Lord Jesus , It is beyond comprehension that the love You had for me took You to the cross. I humbly praise and thank You, my Saviour and my Lord. Amen

The best way to love someone is to serve their best interest, even at your own expense.
—Timothy Keller
Being ghosted by a best friend can be deeply painful and confusing. It leaves you with unanswered questions, feelings of rejection, and even self-doubt.
Allow Yourself to Grieve because Losing a best friend is like a breakup—it hurts.
Feel your emotions instead of suppressing them.
Avoid Self-Blame, Their actions reflect them, not your worth.
A real friend would communicate instead of disappearing.
Surround yourself with people who genuinely care about you.
Accept & Move Forward.
Friendship is God’s gift be grateful if you have one. 😌
©️
Friendships change, and sometimes people walk away without an explanation.
Avoid chasing answers they’re unwilling to give.
Closure doesn’t always come from a conversation—it comes from acceptance. 😌
No answer is an answer! 😌 #friendships #ctto
Ready to start a new decade of adventures ❤️
“I’m so grateful the Bible doesn’t hide the failures of those who were used in mighty ways. The people God chose struggled with sin and the hardships of life. And yet even through their imperfections our mighty God did amazing things.”

Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. – 1 Peter 5:7
