Frank Burns in a teacher AU would probably be one of those teachers who confiscates anything that a student uses to keep themselves focused or sane within school. Like I can imagine him snatching some poor anxious kid's headphones away, locking it in a safe and refusing to give it back until a week has passed, then going on a 10-minute tangent about how 'anxiety is a social construct' and that 'all anxious children are attention seekers'. Of course, Hawkeye's the teacher everyone comes to after class to unlock the safe and give them their stuff back.
