Gallery members, typically soloprenuers or others not requiring a dedicated office for a team, work all day, everyday under the 20 foot ceilings of NeueHouse’s easily accessed first level. In the Gallery, library tables are interspersed with areas of comfortable soft seating so members can choose a spot perfectly suited to the task at hand: working alone, collaborating with others in a more casual setting, or using the NeueHouse hospitality, conference, broadcast and tech resources as their needs demand.

Atelier Membership is perfect for those who don’t need a private office but would like to have a fixed, permanent location within NeueHouse – a desk to call their own. The Ateliers are located on floors 2, 3 and 4 and are open spaces with dedicated “Partner Desks” ideal for those working alone or for firms of 1-4 people. Atelier members can leave their work related equipment – a computer, files, etc. – securely at NeueHouse on a permanent basis.

The Studios at NeueHouse are private, dedicated offices for teams of 1-10. Studio spaces can be resized easily to meet the needs of a firm that is growing rapidly or even one that needs to staff up temporarily for an important project. The NeueHouse Studios are the perfect solution for firms that might have previously rented their own stand-alone offices but have become disenchanted with the complexity, inflexibility and lack of amenities that typically comes with renting small commercial spaces.

The Gallery level, characterized by 20 foot ceilings, enormous windows and powerful views of the historical Lexington Avenue Armory, is the perfect space for larger events.  In addition, the Gallery Steps, with tiered seating dramatically overlooking the front windows, is the perfect location for readings, talks and multimedia presentations.

Our experienced hospitality team creates and execute the full range of events: from intimate dinners, to receptions, cocktail parties, product launches, screenings, company workshops and press events. In addition, our unique broadcast television capability and tech expertise make it possible to share events with global broadcasters or private video networks in real time as your needs demand.

All event spaces are outfitted with Wi-Fi as well as advanced audio-visual capability, and are amenable to a myriad of staging possibilities.
