We meant to love just a little, from the edge,

Our story began with half-steps.

Whether the sunrise or the sunset brings deeper moments and sinks us into memories, I do not know, but...

Is a "hello" from life;

The hair of the dawn is combed with hope,

The purest sleep of morning falls upon the eyelids.

Everything begins anew,

Promises are rewritten,

A fresh wind fills your soul.

​Yet the sunset...

Ah, the sunset is another kind of sorrow.

The sky flutters in red and purple,

The horizon is like a handkerchief waved behind those who leave.

It is that silent farewell,

Where another day fades away,

Leaving indelible marks upon the heart.

The sunrise makes us dream,

While the sunset summons our memories;

Whatever remains unfinished within you,

Always marches straight to the head of the table in those twilight hours.

Love is ultra-left-wing.

That is why it targets

The left side of people's chests.

And with love being this left-wing,

It is impossible to make it out alive (or: to come out right) on the other side.

I wasn't here either anyway, no one came, no one went.

This unfinished fairy tale bled my heart raw,

Your absence was a lie, and I was a lie all along.

He is the One who sent down tranquility into the hearts of the believers so that they might increase in faith along with their faith. To Allah belong the forces of the heavens and the earth. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
