Therefore, in your interview you will be assessed on the basis of projects which project your team spirit. Here, those group projects will come in handy which you have been a part of in college.

While working in a small or big organization, one has to be able to manage various tasks simultaneously. This requires one to be able to manage their time in an efficient manner. You will be expected to meet many deadlines for various assignments. Hence, one needs to know how to prioritize his work and work pressure at various occasions.  

If you wish to climb the ladder up in the corporate life, even as an intern, then you need to be very adaptive & flexible with your work & life. You must be able to accept the changes coming into your life & work & take them into your stride.
