It’s sad how many of these idols are being stripped out of their identities because of the harsh comments. I can write a book of how many personality changes Sungjong has gone through or how Taemin always seems depressed and frustrated with blunt comments. It’s not healthy to always change your personality because in the end, they will be lost at some point. Personal experience. Trust when I say it sucks to suddenly as yourself, “Who am I?”.

In this year of 2014, can we PLEASE not making fun of Sungjong’s identity (for those who can’t see him past ‘feminine’), and/or mislabel him? He’s already expressed it himself that he doesn’t like that, and even if he didn’t it’s still wrong and so many underlying problems with Asian men being stripped of their masculinity by society on a daily basis (”Asian men can’t be ‘manly”’), so PLEASE. It’s not cute, and it is surely not funny at all; it’s disrespectful, rude, and offensive.
