a very spontaneous study date.
there’s something about studying with my friends that makes me extremely motivated and actually makes studying a bit more fun - especially when you meet up with someone from a completely different major and randomly exchange pieces of knowledge you’d never know about otherwise.

i never imagined that me coming back to this tumblr will be like that, but here I am, I guess.
second month into university life and i’m stuck in a hospital (actually, they let me out today after almost two weeks, but that’s just a detail) which is an obstacle i did not expect, but we have to work with what we have, right? anyway, i think i’m finally back.
ingredients to be happy:
- something to look forward to. it doesn’t have to be a big thing. it can be going into your soft bed, wearing warm pajamas after a nice shower, or making yourself a cute breakfast. this can also be a goal you really want to achieve, like getting better at drawing or getting the courage to talk to new people.
- someone to love. this can be many people;your friends, your family, your pet, your favorite singer or your crush. try to spend more time talking to or including them in your life somehow. although solitude is nice it’s really good for mental health to spend time with people u love.
- something to love. this can be a hobby you like doing, whether it’s making art, coding, going to coffee shops, baking cakes or listening to music. do more of these things in your day, and find a reason to wake up excited in the morning.
- self love and self acceptance. this means forgiving your mistakes, learning to laugh at embarrassing things, not dwelling on the past, and stopping bad thoughts about yourself. this is self care; dancing alone in your room, going for walks, listening to happy songs, and taking care of yourself like going to bed earlier and drinking enough water. remember you’re a beautiful human who deserves happiness and an amazing life. :)

another study date.
3 exams passed, 6 to go.
shout out to all the kids who:
- were never great in school - parents gave up on because their grades were never the best - get told their dreams will never come true because of their grades - even though they study hard cannot get good grades - are smart but due to anxiety/focus problems cant do well in school - deal with depression and cant give their all even if they want to - deal with problems at home and are affected by that - who dont fall in the specter of “smart child who wasnt so smart during high school” because they were never qualified as a smart kid
bringing this back bc apparently no one gives two fucks about kids who dont do well in school

throwback to a study date with my friends a few days back. i managed to fail two exams since that, but passed another one which is a success.
2 passed, 7 to go.
28.5.2018 // I had a wonderful weekend working at the EQUITANA Open Air! Unfortuntately, I wasn’t able to study that much for my exam today, so it did not go very well, but it is okay, because sometimes you just have to live your life ❤

my last exam is coming up and i’m so scared. honestly, i hate 한자 with a burning passion, that’s the only subject i’m doing so bad at - and this is my last chance to pass.

sunflower - sun or moonthis one’s hard actually! but i think i prefer the moon, since it is possible to observe it by yourself and it’s so beautiful. a few weeks back, when a supermoon happened, i kept going to my balcony and just looking at it, since i could see it so clearly.so yeah, definitely moon - there’s something simply beautiful about it.
gerbera - neon or pastel?how do i choose aaaahonestly, it pretty much depends on the context - but i tend to surround myself with pastel colours, my room is basically a mix of pastel blue and others, so for this question i’ll go with pastel
delphinium - what’s your star sign - does it suit you?it’s virgo - and honestly, i keep getting surprised with how accurate the descriptions of virgo are compared to my personality.
