I’m not gonna spoil the storyline, but Toymaker AU is set in an alternate world where everyone is a machine person of sorts. Tenna and Queen stay approximately the same, but every other lightner has a "robot"/"android"/machine equivalent. Darkners aren’t anything past different toys Tenna designs! Save for maybe a few cyberworld inhabitants.

Tenna also designs a fair share of toys after the lightners, like a Kris puppet and a Noelle doll. They are subconsciously based off of people he knows, and therefore he is more attached to them and struggles to even fathom selling them. Which is an issue, because with his toy shop being set up in a dirty alley, he doesn’t have much business to begin with.

He’s only able to live in his small appartment (no bathroom, machines don’t need them) nd own the shop because Queen is his landlord, and they’re close enough friends, thanks to a past of Tenna’s (before deciding he wanted to be a toymaker) which I’m not going to reveal just yet :D

Umm what else,,, you could pick it up from my previously shared doodles, but Spamton is a puppet/Toy, not made by Tenna. He is a person trapped in a toy body! How he got there and who he even used to be is also story-exclusive,,

There’s a whole lot more about Tenna as a character I really want to share, how lonely he is, how scared he is to leave his comfort zone, how isolated he is and yet how much he craves appreciation... how meeting spamton will affect all that... but umm I’d rather explore that in more depth in the comic :>

Small bunch of Tenna doodles ive drawn over the last couple weeks,, I dont have access to my drawing tablet as of now so I had to halt making the Toymaker Tenna comic and had to be satisfied with my phone and Ms paint,,, will have to be for another few weeks too 💔

I like thinking of the different era, and I like thinking of bigshot era like that’s teh fan-favorite, but I also REALLY like the idea of the "convincing" era, or pre-bigshot, where tenna is still old-fashion and hasn’t yet stolen spamton’s whole look... Spamton tries to get him to agree to his deal, instructed by the person on the phone... "charming" him was his own choice, though.

Anyone remember toymaker tenna? I dont blame you if you dont lol...

Lalala Hiiii have some recent spamtenna doodles, a result of Chapter 5 and the fact it got me back into it !!!! And also it’s summer vacation how awesome is that.

I draw spamton very differently now which makes sense it’s been approximately a year and a lot has changed in my artstyle since then. And I HATEEEE the way I used to draw him and it’s taking everything in my body and soul to not delete every single one. Because my lovely Tenna is in there ♡

I wish I had the time and motivation to draw spamtenna stuff im still crazy about them obviously, but sometimes the day is so tiring I can’t really bring myself to do anything once I’m home aa ><’
