emotionally i feel that my relationship is over. but we already broke up once and got back together so it's really hard to process that it's actually done this time (if I make it done.) like there's still that sense of anticipation, like, I know I'm going to see him again. I feel like I need to release myself from this waiting pattern but i don't know how.

the other day I accidentally sent an iPhone sticker of me pretending to buttfuck my ex to a chat that had 10+ people in it. I deleted it immediately but I’m sure someone saw and I haven’t felt embarrassment like that in a loooooonggggg time

i really wish hearing people through a wall didn't make me so anxious. my roommate is vacuuming in the next room over (at almost 9PM BTW!!!!!) and it's got me very very on edge. I feel like this is an emotional holdover from my childhood but omfg. I wish i could deal with sound.

today at work we had a Zoom meeting with a potential new wholesale client. and when he joined the zoom meeting his video was sideways which was already funny. and then the laptop automatically connected to our coworker's airpods upstairs and the airpod name popped up on the screen and it said PEEPEEPOOPOO2. and we all started giggling and i rrreeeaaallllyyyy had to pull it together for that meeting
