if they emphasized nekomarus animal characteristics and made his feral instincts slip up at times in 2x2, it would be THE absolute best game in the franchise. i probably wouldnt even care if everything else about it was trash, if neko became more kittyful i would instantly classify it as my favourite game of all time. in fact i wholeheartedly believe his popularity would skyrocket if they toned down with the shit jokes and put more focus on intensifying his gap moe

this could also be used as an opportunity for him to exhibit those behaviours around gundham, and from there develop their relationship on a deeper level instead of gundham constantly being grouped with kazuichi...... in factttt!!!! if done right i'd say they could be the ishimondo of sdr2..... 👀👀
