Just a derpy Chaos sketch tonight, since i couldn't think of anything else i really wanted to draw. Hades gets a bad rep, but he's too busy living it up to care. 

Finally started being able to define Hermes' voice a few days ago, after around... seven years, so that's nice. 8D 

i suppose that the concept didn’t even really occur to me until now because i grew up with fictionalised versions of religious figures everywhere — classical lit is full of it, and modern fantasy often is too; heck, even Disney — so it just seemed completely normal to me and i didn’t even consider that someone might find it offensive. Of course, having something be common or socially accepted doesn’t necessarily mean it’s right, so i’ll try to be more careful. Still, if it’s something that you’re sensitive to then i’d suggest blocking my blog to be safe. 

Religion is an incredibly personal thing, and it's definitely ok for you to be uncomfortable with it! Everyone has their own levels of comfort for different subjects. It may be worth thinking further about why exactly it makes you uneasy, just to understand your own psyche better on the matter. Personally, i'm usually fine with it as long as it isn't disrespectful towards religious figures that are still being actively worshipped today. If it helps, i'll add a tag of some kind on those posts so you can choose to filter them out.

Made myself doodle something so i didn't completely waste the weekend. Not sure if i'll end up finishing this or not (probably not). A fake tarot card for Libertas, inspired by all the pretty DA:I cards. 

i tried to reference back to his canon costume with the design: the colour scheme's the same, and the patterns in his hair and the designs on his coat are based on the design of his armour.
