im pretty sure p!r has changed smth in my brain chemistry cuz wow cards just lives in my head. infected with a disease/j
the model still needs some polishing (eg i wanna outline) but im really happy at where it is rn (enough to share it at least)
i do like the nicer textures and minorly changed anatomy (i redid the whole model but made mostly the same shapes so its pretty similar, except for the addition of a proper tail (yay!) and different eyes.
also i realized you could change light colours in blender.
im pretty sure i lost some of the leg texturing but yk its fine one'll maybe sorta prolly redo it at a later time. totally

Crochet plush cards yippe!!! (Marker for scale) Shouldn't have taken as long as they should but it took one a whole to figure out what to do.
I took a minute to figure how to make em mildly posable (arms, leg, head n horns a bit) n how tf I made the frist hand. I still don't know
They can stand (supported) but are mainly built to sit. One needs to figure out what route I'm going on with their eyes as I got a couple options

Ones back please mandella effect into believing they always had a tail everyone (they can still stand n sit fine yay!! The tails posable too)
they looks more joyful then I imagine they do in the story. I mean ig they be just chillin as a plushie
Hello, I feel the need to inform you that this little guy has won the hearts of the author, the beta readers, and an entire discord server. The author may also be low-key trying to not cry over this in their school's library because of how amazed and thankful they are, as well as how precious this little guy is.
THEY'RE A BABY OH MY GOD. I CAN'T- BABY. BABY. LITTLE GUY. A SILLY. AGH. THEY GOT TURNED INTO A MARKETABLE PLUSHIE.
If anything happened to plushie Cards, I would nuke my entire fic and then myself(/j).
I HAVE RETURNED WITH A PATTERN (a bit later then i thought whoops)
Material and equipment needed:
Yarns in 4 colours (A (skin), B (top), C (legs) + D (horns/tail))
I used dk weight yarn for this bar the horns n tail that i used super chunky yarn for
A 4mm hook (or any similar)
A darning needle (preferably a big one cuz of aforementioned chunky yarn)
(optional) aluminum wire for the horns + tail for possibility n structure
stuffing
Note: This pattern is written in UK terms and assumes you know how to read patterns and know how to do the following stiches: double crochet, chain, slip stich and also how to increase/decrease + make a magic ring + change colours. Also i do this thing where ill go 6dc (just dc 6 times) just so this is clear.
Abbreviations!
Double crochet = dc
Slip stitch = sl st
Chain = Ch
Decrease = dec
increase = inc
Round = r (insert number of round)
indec =invisible decrease (optional, can substitute with normal decrease)
Note: unless stated otherwise, after completing a round with a magic ring, pull the tail (yarn end) to close the ring
I'm using a single colour mock doll to show what I'm doing so the colour changes can't really be seen on this sorry

If you can't get the head on the torso proper I recommend sticking your hook though the head and grabbing the neck bit to put them togher so your push can breathe

NOTE: when stuffing the arms + legs please dont overstuff them round the joints/place you sow them in. I love overstuffing but for the arms + legs you gotta give em that wiggle room to move. But near the hands/feet you can stuff as much as you want.)

singular leg as I redid the pattern just as I had my plush done up.
Feel free to add an extra round to the legs as they are rather short. Feel free to modify any of this pattern honestly.
PUTTING IT TOGHETHER
Oh golly gosh I suck at explaining this and just freestyle sowing things together so bear with me ok?
I mainly use the whip stich for everything as I'm lazy and it always works well.
Closing up the hole on the arms n legs
Press donw the top of the arm/leg and use the leftover thread to whip stich over the top
Connecting the limbs
Okay so these are for the positioning but to connect the legs you go through the body into the leg with a whip stitch (excuse my poor explanations I hope the pictures help)
for them arms you find a point slightly below the top of the arm, go though the arm and into the body move the needle down a bit and out and back the the arm repeat til secure
(I think I should add videos cuz I'm not sure these are getting the point across properly. Please ask if you need one I just got a bit too far into these like low quality doodle explanations)
Connecting the head
I have not connected my plushies head for decapitation reasons but I you wish to attach your plushie's head I'm doing to direct you to this video (which is what based my neck of)
Accessories (aka horns and tail)
i use chunk yarn and jewelry wire for these so I thought I'd separate them into their own section
Horns
In yarn D
R1: ch7
R2: turn over, dc6 (don't dc into the first ch from the hook)
Horn skin bit???
In yarn A
R1: magic ring, ch4 (don't fully close the magic ring, leave enough so that you can put it over the horns with a good amount of slack)
R2-4: dc in every st
Feel free to add/remove the amount of extra rounds
Tail
In yarn D
grab some jewelry wire, cut to the length you want it and use it as a base and just do as many DC's on it as you want

flat colours (the colour choices here are definitely showing my love of cool colours +i figured out the purple gives me a nice grey rendered)
Halfway through texturing i went "Hold on doesn't cards have a tail?" (they do) but went eh to late. anyways heres this silly grease pencil tail i added
This project has mostly been me figuring out blender (I haven't actually finished a project before this) and has prolly why this things taken around 2 weeks of on-off work n four versions
I think the mesh is still tad wack but one is tired and cant figure out the exact problem
Like halfway through this one went "IM TIRED OF BLENDER IM GOING BACK TO BLOCKBENCH" then realized that one barely understands blockbench and would have to learn more too so I defeatedly returned to blender
Thank god it looks better then my perv post cuz i did remodel a fair bit of them

m posting this cuz i have been so exited to make it and i gotta share the creature its so cute (also i found out later that apparently that 1 big box/grid= 1m so whoops this thing is giant like prolly 5-6m depending if you count the horns)
I still have to uv unwrap this thing and am dreading it (I had to scrap 2 other models cuz i didnt get weight painting and it was not working) But hey they rigged and posable so yay (i havent done any fun poses yet other then testing)

He got like thorn claws. Not sure if this is a real thing but like basically instead of nails he got thorns growing out of his skin. (idk what this is or how it works)(i have seen a lot of clawed greifer and i love it)
He's got snake fangs and he can spit venom outa them cuz why not its funny. to get specific on snakes this he'd be is the Philippine cobra, the Samar cobra and the Javan spitting cobra. (Samar cobras just look like lil guys)
Cold blooded (litreally). I may have seen one too many greifer sunbathing/photosynthesizing and they just remind me of those picture of lizards sitting on rocks.

His skin isnt skin. I dunno what it is but plants being able to thrive on him aint good why are out a nutrient source for plants dude is your skin dirt????
either that or normal skin and plants from his internal organs but i dont like that idea much (that plants ripping though your flesh) (unsettles me)

One day I stared at her for a while and just went "she hikes" so thas cannon ig and i got her smth she would wear and not somthing i wanna wear cuz honestly that doesn't fit her.
OKOKOK So this is a random unnamed gacha design that i have but i do have a backstory for them!! (imma call em F for this so i can refer to them as smth)
SO basically F was in uni for either chemical engineering or physics and got their diploma (though they were dragging themselves through it and their grades were prolly just about passable) so then they got a job in the field and wow so suprising the hated it and were misreable there cuz they didnt enjoy any aspect of their work.
So long story short F literally ran away to the circus
I do also have another idea that's F was an unemployed person who said "we becoming a clown" and it somehow worked and they are now a performer (mostly for childrens birthday parties) who just about can afford to live (prolly in a van tbh)
Yeah F is mostly a mish mash of a couple ideas that ive collected and has multiple backstory ideas
