Hey Simmers!

I've always loved the changing of seasons, but my favorite is that soft shift between summer and fall. To celebrate the Fall Season, I’ve created a little surprise Mini CC Kit !

It comes with a brand-new improved Sales Stand with custom functionality. I also added three extra items, purely optional, to complete the farm-inspired aesthetic.

This Mini CC Kit is technically a mini mod, since I’ve tweaked the tuning to better fit how I play The Sims. These modifications do not override the game's default Sales Stand functionality; they affect only my object.

Here’s what I changed:

Removed the sales table inventory — no more double inventory (Sim + table).

Removed the “Place Objects” interaction — no more randomized placement on the stand.

Objects can now be placed directly from the Sim’s inventory by stack onto the available slots on the stand.

Placement is fully controlled by the player, with no random spawning.

Everything works in Live Mode, so there is no need to switch to Build/Buy mode to adjust placement.

New interaction name : "Start Farmer's Market".

New event name : "Producer's Market".

Added 26 medium slots and 136 small slots (small items can be placed on both), for a total of 162 slots.

All 4 items are inventoryable + live draggable.

Other than that, the table will function as the default sales stands, meaning that you will have to :

Put items on your Sales Stand to be able to tend the stand and then "Start the Farmer's Market".

"Close table" will... close the table 😂 - and put all sellables back into your sim's inventory !

All other STBL Strings are in english by default, if you want to add a translation in your language or submit one !

The Sales Stand REQUIRE City Living

Slots in the baskets are set at a 40° angle. Objects hovering on these slots will appear tilted. To remove this effect, simply put the object or stack back into your Sim’s inventory. This will reset them to their normal position, after which you can try placing them again where you want. Sorry about this, I couldn’t find a better alternative.

Petite Chambre Fireplace

Short on space? Live in an apartment? Low ceilings? Cold‽

Fear no more; for, now we have the Petite Chambre Fireplace!

This is a pretty standard Victorian-style fireplace, with the rounded firebox, and wood surround, tiles underneath. I see so many little fireplaces in old English flats, they sit in a little space in bedrooms, or corridors, or under stairs. I tried to achieve this with my L'Empress du feu fireplace, but this one is even smaller!

AND, I found out how to change the fire animation - so it is actually smaller than the standard fire. The normal fireplace fire animation has made it restricting to make smaller fireplaces; in a way, this flame does as well, but it is still better than the normal one.

It was common for single ladies of low status to live in group houses, and I imagined this situation in my little tableau today. She's studying something-or-rather, probably something to do with the poster above her desk!

The body of the fireplace is from Remysa's fireplace converted from Resident Evil 4, and the inside cast iron is from MAX20's Cast Iron fireplace.

My new fireplace has six different swatches:

It's just one green tile wide, and less than one deep!!

My Sim married an alien and started getting abducted constantly, so I made a small mod to improve her experience.

WHAT THIS MOD ADDS:

Abducted Sims will swipe a random alien collectible while they are on board the spacecraft.

Abductees gain Occult alien powers for 8 hours and have access to alien conversation topics.

If your Sim is sick when they are abducted, the extraterrestrials will cure their illness. Sims have a 20% chance of receiving the hidden Sickness Immunity trait.

Sims who have been abducted can Recount Abduction Experience (Friendly→Stories), which comes complete with eerie VFX. The text will read Compare Abduction Experiences if your conversation partner was ever a victim of those pesky ETs. (This does not apply retroactively — Sims who were abducted before you installed this mod will need to be abducted again before they can use the interaction).

COMPATIBILITY: 

This mod overrides a single tuning file (114925), and will conflict with any mod that modifies the same resource. Conflicts are extremely unlikely unless you have other abduction mods installed.
