While I've been watching the Japanese Yugioh DM, there is one thing I can say I like more in the dub than the sub. And that is Atem's thoughts being in Yugi's voice. In the sub, its all his voice. And that really just...shows how little Yugi is in his own show, sometimes. I can't remember which of you said this, but it was that Yugi and Jounouchi are the main characters in the manga, while Atem and Seto are the main characters in the anime. That's so fucking true. Sometimes I just sit there and think, where's Yugi? 🥲 With his voice being there, it atleast looks like they're working together and that he's a strategist. Without that, its like he's just gone.

Y'know, awhile back, I thought about watching that Amazing Digital C ircus show, after seeing fanart on tumblr. Now I'm glad I didn't cause what in the racism is wrong with that devil ass fandom?

They should've given Atem "The Prince of Egypt" level backgrounds. All the shit that poor boy went through, they should've atleast given him some prettier backgrounds to run around in during season 5.

Y'know, I'm pretty *people should write about whatever they want*, so this is out of curiosity...why do so many people who write Yugi in Ancient Egypt make him Atem's slave? Atem? Mr. "Aibou! Aibou! Aibou!" making his soulmate a slave? It just seems pretty odd and ooc for him to do, imo. Idk I just feel like Atem would be the guy to elevate Yugi into being a prince or some shit and tell everyone to treat Yugi with the same respect that they give him. Or at minimum, make him one of his priests, maybe.
