We really need to decouple the idea of 'eating meat and using animal products' (traditional, sustainable, environmentally sound) from 'factory farming' (CAFOs, corn/soy animal diets, ubiquitous antibiotic overload, etc) which DOES need to be dismantled.

For context, i know nothing about Pirates of the Caribbean besides the theme song but i looked it up the other day and apparently Jack Sparrow is white??? I’ve seen him a few times and im pretty sure he has locs so I thought he was Black- but also the actor who plays him is white. I’m just so confused 😭
