6th term - the beginning:
Each term, at the beginning there is a three-days introduction project hosted by ever changing design and production companies.
This term's host was Schleich , a German producer of toy figures.

For me, the nicest part of it was the research phase. For getting to know our target group better, our team decided to go to the nursery school next door...
It was funny to see by which means and media children learn to navigate in the grown-up's world. We expected to enter a secure and carefree world. Instead we heard stories about exclusion and disparity.
Child education is a meaningful branch - it shapes attitudes and is the headstone for the peacefulness of future coexistence. Pforzheim seems to be some kind of first contact point immigrants. Especially the nurses are doing a great job here, integrating foreign children into the social world.
Immigration waves to Western Europe due to political and social unrest all over the world are reality and concern us all.
It is very important that everyone allows, tolerates and helps immigrants to have a good restart in the opulent society of Western Europe. We have so plenty of jobs, resources and education - still some people are concerned, they might lose their belongings to foreigners.
Present incidents show fugatives, daring to cross the ocean in a nutshell, risking their lives for the gain of western values; European authorities denying access, sending people back into the hell of civil war. It is a tragedy.
It is time to realize that we live in a globalized world - the spacial borders are already fading.
The result is multiculturalism. A beautiful, diverse society in which you don't have to travel far to experience foreign culture. A total benefit.
