I had so much fun experimenting with the color palettes for these! I really wanted to capture the exact vibes of my favorite Glass Animals albums:

The first piece is heavily inspired by the lush, tropical colors of Zaba.

The second one takes its energy and color references from How to Be a Human Being.

Not long ago, I was looking for a yandere manga to read and stumbled upon an interesting work called "Kimi ni Koisuru Satsujinki". Inspired by it, I decided to do a redraw of chapter 28, and honestly, I think it turned out pretty well.

Once, an acquaintance of mine shared this track with me, and it instantly spoke to my soul! The idea for this short comic popped into my head right away. Honestly, I just couldn't stop thinking about how much Peter would absolutely hate noise rock, and the thought of his reaction felt so funny and endearing at the same time ( ´ ▽ ` )

It’s nothing too crazy, but back when I was playing this specific part of the game, I felt such an overwhelming urge to be snarky and talk back (￣-￣)

Initially, I wanted to draw Peter and Y/N's very first meeting, but ended up abandoning it due to a lack of ideas. Still, I love the atmosphere and the coloring of these pages so much that I just couldn't give up on them completely!

I think if you look at these two pieces, you can immediately tell there's a time gap between them—mostly because I finished the second page just last week! So please don't mind the slight shift in style / (>人<) \

I decided to stray a bit from the game's canon and interpret their meeting in my own way.

Though it's hard to call it a proper introduction. Peter spent weeks carefully preparing for it, memorizing his lines by heart. However, right when he was about to make his move, severe stress erased his mind completely. It ended up making him look like an uninvited guest brazenly violating personal boundaries (which, honestly, isn't too far from the truth).

To Y/N, he just seemed like an absolute oddball who suddenly appeared out of nowhere (:3 」∠)

Unlike roses, gladioli carry a deeper weight than just romance—they speak of a sudden epiphany, of falling in love at first sight. Giving someone such a bouquet is like whispering: "You pierced my heart like an arrow."

As for Don, he’s not just a landlord; he’s more like a guardian. He’s always ready to help out with any apartment issues, even if fixing them isn't technically his responsibility as a landlord. On top of that, he gladly shares his life experience and wise advice. Plus, it’s always nice to grab a cup of coffee with him and just have a light, easy conversation.

I honestly believe that hanging out with TK is always a blast!

They’re the kind of person you can never get bored with. Thanks to TK, even a simple movie night turns into an interactive experience where you can chat about plot holes, geek out over special effects, and guess what happens next. Sometimes you catch yourself realizing that instead of following the plot, you're just waiting for their next line. It’s like watching a movie with a live soundtrack of witty commentary.

This isn't the first time Y/N appears in such a vulnerable state in my work.

Despite the uncertainty of "Your Boyfriend's" ending, I've been processing my own version of events for a long time. In my fanon, Y/N manages to break free from the toxic relationship with Peter. However, this escape doesn't come without a cost: she will have to cope with deep psychological trauma and, just as importantly, face a long journey of adapting and adjusting to a completely new life.

The same thing happened with this Portal AU. I would like to write down some sort of storyline, but none was actually intended. Since I, as always, was simply guided by my latest inspiration (this time from the animated movie "Strange Magic," I love the main characters so much, I can't help it).
