also for whatever the fuck it’s worth (probably not much), I’m 16 days sober so far and maybe that doesn’t mean much yet but god damn is alcohol a bitch and a half to physically wean off of when you’ve spent so many of your days in a haze. I can’t believe I’ve lived on my own* the last 2+ years, and I extra can’t believe I’ve had a boyfriend for over 6 months, now, and not only that, but we have a kitty and literally moved in together. talk to me a year ago and my dumbass is hung up on the Oscar-winner for Actor in a Leading Avoidant Role and questioning why I’m not worth seeing more than once every 9-14 days. now it’s may 2026 and I fucking don’t have to live with shitty roommates literally ever again and yeah, I have a lot of things to keep figuring out but wow life has a fucking wild way of working, huh
