🚗 A Witch's Car
Hang a safe travels, protection, or swift travels amulets in the car.
After every car wash and vacuum, sprinkle protection powder/black salt underneath the car mats.
When your car is dirty, draw sigils on it with your finger on the dirt and grime.
Draw sigils after every car with a cloth as you wipe the water off.
Feathers in the glove compartment or door pockets for swift travels.
Anoint seatbelts with travles, protection, and success oils.
I'd avoid oil on the steering wheels and pedals as you can slip.
For long travels, brush your car outside with mugwort, especially the wheels.
Hag stones in your left car door to receive protection and luck.
Bath in feverfew (or spray some on you) before a long journey. Keep feverfew in the car too. It prevents paranoia of accidents, at least it eases my mind.
General lucky amulets, like four leaf clover, should be kept in the car.
Deities of travels and swiftness could have a small dedicated altar in your glove compartment. It can be the whole compartment or just a pocket altar kept in there.
Have an Eight of Wands Tarot card on you as you travel for speed and progress.
Prevent accidents by having wormwood in the car.
Obtain a small car toy or carve one yourself. Obtain something of your real car, be it dirt that's been there for months, mat shavings, etc. Combine your real car piece with your toy car. Anything you anoint this toy car with, will happen to your car. Useful for when it's at the mechanic and you can dress the toy car in healing oils.
Music in the car to scare malevolant spirits away.
Sunglasses in the car is a good idea for those bright days, especially after it has rained. Enchant them with clearer sight.
Success oil on your driver's license.
Sigil or protection powder on your car keys.
Glamour spells on the sun visor mirror.

MAGICAL Morning Rituals
Your morning is sacred. It’s a doorway between the dreamworld and waking life — a space where magic flows freely. Begin your day with presence, softness, and small rituals that anchor you.
1. Charge yourself with the energy of the Sun.
Step into the light. Even a few minutes of sunshine can realign your energy and uplift your spirit. Breathe it in. Let it awaken you.
2. Make space for intentional mornings.
Take a tech break. Resist the urge to check your phone right away. Give your mind space to settle and your soul time to speak before the outside world floods in.
3. Move your body.
Whether it’s a walk, stretch, yoga, or dancing in your room — movement awakens your physical and spiritual body. Shake off the night and step into flow.
4. Take time to meditate and recharge.
Even 5 minutes of stillness can change everything. Breathe deeply. Tune in. Connect with your heart and your guides. Let your breath be your anchor.
5. Speak loving and positive affirmations to yourself.
Your words carry power. Begin with kindness: “I am grounded. I am safe. I am magical.” Speak to yourself like you would to a dear friend.
6. Cleanse your space. Internally + externally.
Tidy your room. Light incense. Sweep energy away. Clear spaces hold calm minds. You deserve to feel held and supported by your surroundings.
7. Add herbal potions to your cup.
Infuse your tea or coffee with intention. Add herbs that align with your energy (lavender for peace, rose for love, peppermint for clarity). Stir in your wishes.
8. Hydrate your body.
Drink warm herbal tea or water before anything else. Let it nourish and flush your system. Hydration is healing, and your body is your temple.

Shadow Work Prompts
With my last post being about shadow work, I thought I’d give y’all some prompts to use.
How does the feeling of envy show up in your life?
What do you need more of in your life?
What do you love most about yourself?
If you could get rid of one bad memory, what would it be and why?
In what ways are you inauthentic?
What irrational fears do you have and how do they hold you back?
Do you hold grudges against others that could be let go? What’s your motive for holding onto them?
What do you hate about others? Why? What might that say about yourself?
What do you need to stop running away from?
What do you need to let go of?
What should you attract into your life?
How do you feel about “love”?
Why do you think you don’t deserve love?
What do you minimize about yourself? What do you flaunt?
How do you deal with criticism?
How do you perceive pain?
Why haven’t you dealt with your past before?
What don’t you like about your life? Why? How can you change it?
How often do you lie to yourself and what about?
What emotion(s) do you try to avoid? Why don’t you want to feel those ways?
Write a letter to someone who hurt you and then burn it.
How does your inner child see you?
How are you deceiving yourself?
What does success mean to you? How are you standing in your own way?
What is going on in your life that you are actively ignoring?
What keeps you motivated?
What inspires you?
Who or what is making your life difficult? How can you deal with it constructively?
How have you been betrayed in your life? What did it teach you?
How has your voice been stifled in the past?
What areas of your life do you excel in?
What are the most important/integral things you have learned over the past few years?
In what ways are you too defensive? Why?
How are you pessimistic in your own life?
Why do you not trust others?
What hardships have you overcome? How has it changed you?
What are you doing to pursue your dreams?
What do you still need to forgive yourself for?
What did that relationship teach you? (you know the one… that one)
How can you maintain your individuality?
In what ways can you be more true to yourself?
In what ways are you lying to yourself? Why?
How can you lead with your heart in your life?
How have your dreams fallen short of reality?
What is your relationship with your mother like?
What is your relationship with your father like?
Write a letter to your inner child. Maybe apologize for what has happened to them and that you couldn’t protect them, tell them how far you have come and how much you have done. Say whatever comes to mind.
How have you been a martyr/victim in your own life?
I’ll keep this post updated with more prompts when I find them

My favorite simple wards to guard the home
Hanging rosemary above the doorstep, and/or above doors of the house for protection.
Sprinkling a line of dried red pepper on a windowsill, to counter a curse.
Placing a mix of dried & ground eggshells and black pepper in every corner of a room to keep out unwanted spirits.
Placing a decoration representing a witch in the kitchen, to keep away illness and to favor health.
Crafting an effigie (no matter how crude!) and make it into the guardian of your home by charging it with your intent of protection and placing it near the front door.
Crafting small witch ladders to hang around the house.
The Many Different Colors of Death: The Symbolism of Santa Muerte
Each different aspect of Santa Muerte is depicted as a skeleton wearing a robe of her respective color. In the case of a seven-color statue, all seven colors are displayed; below these colors are listed in the order they appear from top to bottom on a typical seven-colored statue: White: This color of Santa Muerte is used principally for purification and is called on at the inception of major projects, both mundane and magical. She is also used for certain types of healing.
Blue: This color of Santa Muerte is the patroness of the activities of daily living and the relationships on which our lives depend. This aspect increases social wisdom and increases patience. She is used to build long-term relationships and so is used to repair broken family ties, improve business partnerships, and gain new friends.
Green: This color of Santa Muerte is associated with justice, ethics, and law. She helps restore balance, imposes fairness, and can affect the judgement of both law courts and your peers. Because many people who pass through the criminal justice system are affected by addiction and mental illness, the green aspect of Santa Muerte is petitioned for issues resolving behavioral health issues.
Gold: Mining gold from deep within the ground is a dangerous occupation that can easily maim or kill; many gods of the underworld are associated with wealth and money for this reason, since mining was seen as taking gold from the pockets of the gods. As a goddess of the underworld, Santa Muerte has this relationship with money, and through it, vitality. The golden Santa Muerte is used to attract money and luck, create fortune in gambling and business, and heal where infusions of vitality are needed.
Red: The red aspect of Santa Muerte has a definite martial feel, governing issues regarding sex, lust, and passion as well as aggression and physical dominance. She also improves or impairs relationships, being commonly called on for this purpose.
Purple: The purple aspect of Santa Muerte is that of a goddess of both magic and initiation. She assists not only with spells but also with the direct understanding of magic. This Santa Muerte also acts as a gatekeeper between different ethereal and astral realms.
Black: This color of Santa Muerte is very Saturnian, overseeing all forms of cessation, negation, decay, dissolution, and denouement. The black Santa Muerte is used to negate bonds and barriers, as well as destroy or dissolve spells, curses, or hexes. She is also used for necromancy, such as speaking with the dead.
