[A/N] Yoongi’s pain threshold is rather ridiculously high. So he will not admit pain, unless he’s practically dying, so it took you and your keen eyes to find out the things he hasn’t been telling you.

You smiled to the phone, for it was a favourite subject of yours to speak of. “He is fine… He just went out for a bit, to get something he said. I thinks its food.” You narrowed your eyes to your laptop’s screen to click on the icon that would play the media Taehyung sent through email.

“Marvellous. I’m revising a patient's’ profile and I got to say, the number of patients suffering kidney failure has been steadily increasing. It’s worrying me… we will have to initiate a campaign soon.” Your best friend murmurs through the phone and you could hear flipping her notes while she hummed. You imagined her to chew her lips as she reads, a habit she has since college. The video Taehyung sent started with them loudly laughing at the camera with no apparent focus. It’s just three faces of pure joy, possibly resulting from the absence of the hyung.

But even when Hoseok and Yoongi walked in, they were still out of control. “Don’t break the pole… don’t do that.” You heard Yoongi grumbled from one end to another. You focused on his slouching shoulders and pained expression. He kept knitting his brows together like he was in pain.
