“Once Upon A Time With Me”

During this time when we are all going through difficult moments in our lives, have you ever imagined that something like this may happen to us, our loved ones, or the entire world? What is it that keeps you going? How are you coping with these daunting points of time? During this period, who is with you? 

What do you do for yourself to stay going and be joyful or appreciative during this time? Putting what you're feeling/emotions into a notebook will help you let them out if you don't like talking or sharing your sentiments or emotions with others. 

Perhaps watching something that makes you genuinely happy, listening to a song, painting/drawing, or doing anything/something that consistently makes you happy, even if it is difficult to do so; all that matters right now is to keep ourselves and our loved ones happy and to live life because we never know what will happen next. Instead of worrying too much about the future or goals, let us just enjoy every moment of life by sharing happiness. "Life is short - live it to the fullest," they say.

“Physically & Mentally” 

How can you stay healthy and optimistic during the pandemic? It's difficult mentally and physically, but we have to do it for ourselves and our loved ones. Everyone is going through something at this traumatic time. What options do you have? Do things that make you peaceful, cheerful, distracted, and avoid. This is what I do to be positive and healthy. I listen to music, try to forget about the daily news by forgetting about it, and watch whatever makes me happy. 

I usually rewatch Netflix episodes in the relaxing and pleasant genre, or BTS, hehe. I know I'm obsessed with them, but they make me happy, especially V, and I use my journal to express whatever is bothering me mentally. Also, make sure I satisfy my cravings and stay in shape by working out when I feel like it, because life is all about keeping oneself "yourself" healthy and positive throughout this time because our bodies and minds deserve more love and care.

Please remember that everything will be fine, and we are all in this together, so you aren't the only one going through this difficult time, so stay calm and everything will be fine! Let us instil positivity and healthy mindsets in our loved ones and to the world. 

Tips & Tricks (Skincare & MakeUp “My Knowledge”)

How to know your foundation shade? 

Don’t apply it on your hands instead apply it on your face “cheeks area” blend it till it blends into your skin tone

My daily routine consists of no makeup at all, no foundation, no concealer:

Apply moisturiser (all over your face)

Apply powder of choice (Baby powder aka Johnsons “My choice”) with a Makeup Brush

Eyeliner (pencil or liquid your choice)

shape my brows with just brow brush (I don’t fill in my brows I prefer how the way it looks)

Lipstick

Discovered lo-fi style music, also slowed & reverb!!!

What is lo-fi? Is a music or production quality in which elements usually regarded as imperfections of a recordings or etc, “aesthetically pleasing” - Wikipedia

Especially the slowed & reverb with lo-fi style songs are the choice for listening to at night or day, it just gives you different experience for your ears 👂I’m glad that I have discovered this genre of style music, it just made my listening a whole lot better.

However, It makes your listenings more soothing and calm, the chill lo-fi music on YouTube is the best choice for keeping yourself on for wfh, or anything you do just let it play in the background to give you good vibes.

All of us are going through hard times right now, music is what can make us feel good and keeps us going, I listen to music/songs on a daily basis without listening music/songs life is just so empty in my opinion!!! Lo-fi made my choice of songs/music more interesting and calming to listen to at night and day!!

The slowed & reverb versions of songs/music omg literally the best thing ever, can’t get over it at all. It just gives me chill vibes listening to it on repeat that can’t be explained by words, it has to be experienced for yourself!!

What I have been doing.

Hello there, how does it feel to be at home? "A brief description of my daily routine and current mental state of mind." I'm not sure what I'm doing right now; life has been going on for me and for some of us without a clear direction. However, I will make sure that I continue to go on and choose the right path for myself, as well as inspiring and remaining positive during these tough times like this.

Self-love is also very crucial during this time, as it allows me to take care of myself. Keeping myself as a priority, doing things I enjoy, and staying physically and mentally fit. Drinking a lot of water, hydrating, and working out on a daily basis. Attending webinars and masterclasses, as well as purchasing items for myself that bring me joy and excitement. Furthermore, I am taking extra precautions to maintain my skin and hair healthy.

Just a friendly reminder that we're all in this together, so let's make ourselves feel appreciated and not forgotten. Helping our loved ones feel less stressed and depressed during this time is equally important. Here's what I do when I'm stressed or depressed: I listen to music, watch motivational videos on YouTube, or meditate. I recently discovered a podcast app called "Clubhouse" (I'm not sponsored, by the way) which really helps me learn new things and motivates me to join clubs and become a member, which makes me feel less bored and stressed.

Working towards your Goals/Dreams

Do you want to do something for your future while also ensuring that you make the best option and follow the proper path? also having a clear idea of what you want to achieve and be in the future? confused? Still trying to figure it out? Are you still learning about yourself and growing? I guess we're all in this together. I'm learning new things every day, attending webinars and masterclasses, and growing and developing myself for the future.

“Doing something beneficial to your future self today, or working on something for your future self. What we do today, however, has no impact in the future, so be sure to know what you do at this point, which does not impact your future”.

We sometimes have to leave certain things/people in our lives in order to figure out our path and see where it leads us to, leaving everything behind to go as far as we can in order to achieve our long-awaited goals/dreams. 

Remember that you're the only person who can motivate and control your mind so that no one else can achieve your goals/dreams. People can only make suggestions, but it is up to us to make the decision. Once you make the decision, there is no one to blame because it is your choice.

Suicide Awareness, how to prevent and the 8 important steps

Suicide is not the solution to every problem there’s always a way to face problems. These kinds of thoughts are mostly among teens nowadays due to depression in studies whether it’s in school or college, teens nowadays tend to make decisions based on just simple things. Suicidal thoughts occur because of cyberbullying, examination results and more, cyberbullying became the most worst cause among teens nowadays since everyone’s on social media lately. 

Suicide is only one time solution to all your problems there’s no coming back to where you were. I have heard so many news on suicide issues among teens around my age, everyone has something going on in life but this is not the solution to all your problems. I have always wanted to share my thoughts on the steps of prevention for Suicidal thoughts.

1. Confess about it to someone 

Confessing to someone makes you feel less burden and it will be a relief from the thoughts that you have been going through. Do let someone know what’s going with your thoughts on suicidical, is better to open up about it then just keeping it to yourself, life is very valuable, you can eventually solve any problems. 

2. Watch their actions

 Be aware of how your beloved ones or friends anyone around you “their actions” . not everyone has the courage to talk about it so we should make an effort to ask or just by watching them if their doing well, how is everything is going on with their personal life. Even if your how close to someone not everyone is willing to open up about this issue it is not that easy for someone to talk about it. When you try asking it might help them to talk about how they feel, go through thier thoughts on suicide, depression, stress in working place or college life. By just talking to someone can help them to avoid the thoughts on suicide is better then just don’t talk about or ask.

3. Seek a professional 

Go to a psychologist consult him/she for a better option, bring someone you know to an expert or suggest this as an option for someone it will be really helpful. Sometimes it is hard for someone to just talk about this to their friends or family so it is better to seek a professional like a psychologist. Nowadays there’s a lot of helpline’s, and people to consult when you are stuck with this thoughts or issues. They can definitely help you or anyone you know to have a different perspective of their problems and how to solve it without making a wrong decision.

4. Join events, be more sociable

 Being around people and mingling is another way to escape for your thoughts, the more you get involved in outside world is way more effective in order to explore what the world can do for you. Knowing that you are not the only one whose going through all this there are more out there but they just get through it by just being cool and fun. Not everyone you think is happy is actually happy but sometimes you have to make an effort to create the happiness from your bad times. Bad times, depression, stress, everything is all our mindset “think positive” everything in life will get more beautiful.

5. Parents make a fun conversation 

Making an effort to talk your kids during your meals, ask them about how their day was and talk about your personal experience at work on that day. Sometimes kids won't tell you everything they tend to hide things from you because there’s no effort of parents. Make this a habit input it from when your kids are young, if you don’t make an effort who will? Get to know your kid what they have to say. They can be a victim of being bullied

6. Schools should have a talk 

Schools should do a motivational speech on this topic for students maybe once a year, talk and ask them if there’s anything going on like for an example: family issues, studies pressure, parents who compares their children's education with other children. Being compared to another person can also cause depression in schools or in family this should be avoided. Bringing influencers such as Malaysian YouTuber Arwind Kumar for a talk on maybe “suicide is not the only solution” campaign idea. This can be a great way to keep children’s nowadays aware of what is going on with can be solved

7. Campaign awareness

 Campaign not only in physical form but it can also be through social media by using #suicideawareness being viral for people to understand the real struggle of what and how each and everyone is going through in life, “ taking precaution before something happens”. Social Media has been a part of everyone's life nowadays and everything is being viral in within seconds campaigns also became a part of it especially on twitter, celebrities, politicians anyone is using this platform to create an awareness to reach the public. Awareness on brochures, Tv ads, radio and many other platforms, this advertisements on suicidal will help prevent it among teens. “Everyone is born to fight for something, why wanna give up easily”

8. Helpline 

For people who don't feel comfortable talking to someone physically these can help them to open up, in the present, everything has changed it’s easy for anyone to communicate to anyone anonymously to put in other ways is to be “private”. There are so many NGOs out there are willing to help you just contacting them will benefit you and your family who loves you.Hope everyone can be a part of someone’s life by saving them from all the depression, work stress that they are going through. “Save a Life” your life is very precious and always remember that you have your family who loves you so much before making any wrong decisions in life.

When women work hard and hustle to the top, it can be difficult for them in their personal lives, such as raising children and managing a household!! Men are left feeling oppressed by us when women become successful!! For a long time, men were the dominating members of the family, but as time has passed, things have changed, and gender no longer stands in the way of some of us.

Being Bold means:

Being courageous even when you are afraid is what it means to be bold.

Not being overly concerned with the mistakes and failures you will face.

Risk-taking that is well-calculated.

Taking a stand, being visible and notable.

expressing what's on your mind

Some of us have always been introverted and afraid of certain things, such as facing the world or walking in public, fearful that someone would look at us as if we had done something wrong, but we were the ones who were overthinking it. Have you ever wondered why sometimes you know the answer to a question but aren't brave enough to answer it in public, whether it's at school, university, or work? Many women have been in similar circumstances, so why do we feel the way we do? To live in this world, we must be brave. Why is braveness so important to us? It's a form of self-defense for us "women."

Every woman in the world is beautiful on the inside and out, regardless of size, shape, colour, or height; I mean, it's wonderful to be confident in your appearance and to accept your curves. However, in order to develop that confidence, you should never put down another body type. If a woman is skinnier or has curves, it does not make her any less attractive. Neither one is better than the other. We should be lifting one other up and encouraging each other as women. We should never judge a woman's authenticity based on her size. All women are actual women, to be sure. By putting down another body type, you're merely demonstrating your insecurity.

Happy Fathers Day to every amazing fathers out there!!!!

Fathers can also play the role of mother for their children at times when their mothers are absent. Fatherly love is distinct from motherly love in that a father might be more protective of his children while also being someone who isn't very adept at demonstrating affection but yet loves you.

We can expect nothing better from a man's children if he is indolent, dishonest, impure, or indecisive. A father who loves and respects his wife and who leads his family with determination and passion is, on the other hand, the best gift a child can receive.

On this day, we should remember "Mothers" who play a significant role in their children's lives as Father figures; not everyone is fortunate to have both parents; however, some are fortunate to have Mothers who play dual roles for you, for your future!!

It is difficult to live in this society as a woman, let alone raise a child as a father and appreciate everything they do for you. Remember, not everyone has a good life, so don't take it for granted!!!

How have you evolved with fashion, and how have your fashion choices developed through time? 

When it comes to boosting confidence and image, fashion and style are inextricably linked. When there is a method to shift your perspective, expressing ourselves through our clothing choices can have a significant impact on our overall happiness. The ability to express oneself simply via clothing has a significant impact on mood and self-esteem (The Power of Fashion Affects Mood and Confidence, 2021). 

Fashion psychology has been shown to have a huge impact on our mood, how others view our appearance, and some fascinating facts that can even effect career possibilities. Subtle changes in your appearance, such as your clothing style, have an impact on how you think, from feeling accomplished and powerful to inspiring oneself in the morning (The Power of Fashion Affects Mood and Confidence, 2021).

Throughout its history, the fashion industry has consistently exploited women, from sweatshop garment workers to the portrayal of women as commodities in high fashion. Fashion has also served as a means for women to feel empowered, and the era of "power dressing" hasn't waned. Female empowerment flourishes in the era of sustainable fashion. Everyone has their own point of view on everything, and we all have the right to do so. No one should tell you or make you feel like you don't!! Our rights to speak out on what we don't like and like as in serious situations, such as unforeseen events by people around the world, should be invoked more commonly in order to raise awareness amongst everyone. Let us inspire the next generation to speak up on their opinions, and some are really doing a great job on that via social media, reaching out to people all over the world who are affected!!

Also, in this day and age, everyone is very into social media, which gives them more freedom to express their feelings/emotions as in "voicing out," which is really what is needed, but this can also backfire in any way, what we put out it has to be proof read and be vigilant. Social Media can be quick, but it can also be a platform for anyone to be verbally berated by the "post”.

However, there is a lot to take in these days, as social media has evolved into a platform for everyone to express their thoughts, some of which are positive and some of which are negative. What we do today reflects what we will do in the future. Consider your options carefully before putting something out there; once it's out there, it can't be taken back!! 

What we go through on a daily basis!!!

Women, females, ladies, and girls are all simply labels for us!! What is it like to be one? We deal with a lot on a daily basis, whether it's work, school, university, or other obligations. So many trials await us throughout our lives!!! Every woman in our lives constantly inspires us to multitask and to be self-sufficient and successful.

While watching the Netflix series "The Bold Type," I realised that many women out there work their ass off and achieve great success. However, it is not as simple as it sounds in the series; ladies must confront the world and its challenges!!! (Watch The Bold Type Online - Full Episodes of Season 5 to 1 | TV.Movie, 2021).

Women have fewer chances of economic participation globally than men, fewer access to basic and higher education, higher risks for health and safety and fewer representation politics (Global Issues: Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment, 2021).

Ensuring and offering women the opportunity to reach their fullest potential is essential not only to achieve gender equality, but also to achieve a wide range of international development objectives. Empowered women and girls help their families, communities and countries to maintain health and productivity, thus creating a rip effect that benefits everyone (Global Issues: Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment, 2021).

Getting vaccine / waiting for your vaccine!!!!

Anxious but also eager to get vaccinated! Wanna really get it or want it because everyone else gets it? Are we frightened, too? Why are we afraid because a lot of news scares us, but news isn't frightening!!!

However, all that is happening right now is almost unbelievable; daily news is scaring us with a plethora of information that is currently devastating!! The world is going through a lot, and humans are behaving strangely as well. Perhaps this is why god is slowly removing us because we don't appreciate his creations and there is no humanity!!

I'm not sure where to begin with this "being ungrateful" statement; I'm just curious as to how anyone might be unappreciative of what they have. We must sometimes appreciate the little things in life and be grateful for where we are in life; everyone has a different life where some are happy and some are not!!

However, Humans give up their most valuable asset, as well as their opportunities. Unfortunate to live a life with no time or opportunity. Humans, on the other hand, sacrifice their peace, which is an unfortunate circumstance made even worse. (Ideasinhat | Humans Are Ungrateful, 2021)

Being thankful is the most important thing for us right now when there is so much going on, such as the pandemic and other unfortunate incidents happening all over the world!! I'm only hoping for peace and safety for all of us; the world is our home, and therefore we must keep it safe for us to live!! I'm wishing the best for our home!!!
