task you’ve been avoiding that would probably only take 5 minutes
get it all out of your mind and really reflect on your life and what has been making it bad or better
now we can set some goals and make an actual plan ONLY after getting rid of the noise and clutter. write down everything you want!! big or small, whether it’s drinking more water or becoming an actor, the key here is specificity. vague goals can be overwhelming, whereas if it’s really specific it gives the brain better clarity and instructions. “become more healthy” -> “30 minute walks every morning”

PHASE 3: who do i need to become?
after establishing what you need, what you want. you can ask yourself how do become this version of myself.

goals won’t change your life, habits and mindset will.
PHASE 4: i constantly flood my mind with positivity and success
what you watch, consume, and thinks MATTERSS. your brain is always scanning your life for proof to confirm whatever you believe about yourself. so if you think “im not pretty enough for him”, “oh im too lazy” -> your brain will literally look for evidence. and negative self talk isn’t princess like 🤨
❤︎ curate your fyp so it will show you cutesy, motivational content instead drama and stupidity
❤︎ watch creators that give advice, radiate positivity, and match your vibe
❤︎ watch movies and shows that make you happy
when creating a vision board it’s easy to flood the page with pictures of dreams and fantasies so it’s good to have a proof board as well. a proof board basically has pictures of you actually doing and achieving your dreams rather than staring at a cute board of things you’re never going to do. it also gives receipts, so if you struggle with confidence or self talk and you see photos of yourself living life, surrounded by friends and family then it’s proof that your loved, successful, and powerful.
also celebrate the small wins and don’t overwhelm yourself. you need to appreciate how far you’ve already come
