Hey I always wondered how you stay this motivated all the time ( ur page does give this image ) though I m sure you too have bad days but how you maintain this consistency
how i stay motivated โน ๐ หโโโโ
i am human so yes everyday isnโt the best but i try to find some good in each day and i pray, praying helps me get through my bad days.
my blog and my twitter for the most part is a positive and uplifting place because thatโs the kind of energy i give off and itโs the only kind of energy i want to surround me. if my page was giving off anything other than motivation, positivity or just a comforting place to be then i wouldnโt be running it because anything else wouldnโt make me happy.
when iโm not having the best day iโll get offline, thatโs what some people neglect to do, i think thatโs why thereโs so many mean people online, itโs because they donโt put their phones down and tend to themselves, they donโt take time away to heal and recharge and thatโs what i wish everyone would do from time to time, get off of social media and take care of themselves mentally.
the world we live in can be a horrible, depressing place sometimes so i try to make my life as pleasant and happy as i can make it. the same goes for my blog and other social media accounts and iโm not saying my life is perfect, nothings perfect so even when i have a bad day i pray, i think of my blessings, i journal, i cry, i watch comfort shows, i spend time with the people who love me and i try to romanticize every little thing.
thatโs the thing about life, you have to make it magical for yourself. the smallest things can make me happy, turn my whole day around, i could just get a glimpse of something or something can make me feel nostalgic and iโll hold on to that .. i appreciate that about myself. my advice for anyone reading this is to find those things, those things that can put a smile on your face or can warm your heart. those little things, things that donโt cost money, things you can find around you in your everyday life, that will really make a difference for you emotionally and mentally.
when i feel like iโm not motivated, i really sit down and think about what i want in life, or iโll talk to my bestfriend, someone who really understands me and will listen and give me advice ( thatโs why i have my asks open because i know everyone doesnโt have someone they can vent to without judgement or ask for advice) .. also if i feel like i lack motivation for specific things like for instance my personal style, iโll go on pinterest or if i lack motivation for working out or life motivation in general iโll watch a vlog on youtube or read quotes or read a book and it will give me so much motivation & inspiration and my next step is to journal (iโll write down goals and plan out things i want to get done and when i want to get them done) then apply it to my daily life.
i hope something i said can help keep you motivated at times that you need it most. sending love and good vibes, please accept <3

The older I get, the more I come to realize my biggest fear is just living a mediocre life where I am a slave to my anxiety and self doubt. It is so paralyzing and I know it is only I, that can give myself the opportunity to experience more. Nothing matters more than the chances you can give yourself every day to try again.
you have to get yourself out of bad places. you need to resist the temptation to let everything slip and become apathetic & cynical toward yourself and your life. you need to accept that it takes time to change and itโs ok to fall over as long as u get back up. every morning is a new start and things donโt have to be this way forever. you can heal and you can change.

have you ever thought maybe the point is actually to have fun & be yourself?
a few years ago I sat down and did some deep reflecting. I made a list of things I needed to do to grow up. I knew that I was lacking in certain areas and despite being over 18, I wasn't quite ready to claim the title of "adult". so rather than sit there and believe that I'm just a little uwu who is bad at aDuLtInG, I fixed it. some of it was simple things like finally getting certain appointments or documents I had been putting off. some were internal things like working on aspects of my personality and habits. some were skill based involving work, finances, and housing/cars. in 6 months time, I had matured significantly more than some of my peers who were older than me. as the years have passed, I look back at those same peers who are still stunted in the same place or worse: have accepted defeat and hit the realization that they don't measure up for their age and they just retreat into a hole that will take a lot of work to climb out of. sometimes growing up doesn't just happen while you sleep or when you hit a magic age. but it can be jumpstarted on your own accord with self reflection and daily actions. I think many of you really need to get to work on that
Most people's twenties are spent being upset at how other people around them think and feel and it takes like the whole decade to realize you can't control it, shouldn't want to, wouldn't get what you wanted if you could, and that actually maybe get over yourself and then life starts to get really good around there
Very precious kind knowledge to live through

as a girl who takes her hygeine super seriously and spends her free time pampering herself, here's my hygeine routine as of right now including products and how i use them...๐ฌ๐
IN SHOWER ;
i use a really yummy vanilla bodywash in the shower that i bought from marshalls, it has argan oil in it which is really good for deeply moisturizing my skin, and improving the elasticity of my skin.
Thinking you have to struggle for everything is a scarcity mindset you guys. Not everything valuable requires suffering. Not every relationship needs to be hard. Not every goal has to drain you. This is not the way itโs supposed to be. Growth can be challenging, yes, but it doesnโt need to feel like constant pain. When something is aligned, it still asks something of you, but it also gives back. Ease isnโt laziness. Sometimes itโs a sign youโre finally choosing correctly. Sometimes ease is the upgrade. Ease is healthy!! You deserve to live in ease!!!

โงหยฐ studying without suffering: how to actually enjoy learning (yes, itโs possible)
โงหยฐ letโs talk.
hey angels, it's mindy!
most people treat studying like a punishment. something to be endured, not enjoyed. itโs that thing you force yourself to do, like taking bitter medicine or running a mile in gym class. but what if thatโs the reason you struggle with it?
the secret? you were never meant to hate learning.
somewhere along the way, school made it boring. maybe you had teachers who sucked the fun out of it. maybe you associate studying with stress, deadlines, and exhaustion. but learning is supposed to be exciting. when you actually enjoy it, everything changes. you focus longer, retain more, and (ironically) spend less time studying because your brain actually absorbs the information.
so, letโs fix it. letโs make studying something you want to do instead of something you suffer through.
โงหยฐ โผ step 1: detach learning from school
(school & learning are not the same thing. stop letting school ruin your curiosity.)
the first mindset shift? realize that school does not own learning.
โผ school is about structure, deadlines, and tests. itโs designed to measure performance. โผ learning is about curiosity, deep thinking, and exploration. itโs designed to expand your mind. and help you grow as a person.
if youโve only ever studied because you had to, your brain associates it with pressure. break that pattern. find something outside of school that you actually like learning about. philosophy, psychology, art history, neuroscience, fashion design, whatever makes you curious.
even if itโs unrelated to your classes, it rewires your brain to see learning as an intrinsic activity, not just an obligation. once you enjoy learning in general, you can transfer that energy back into your studies.
โงหยฐ โผ step 2: romanticize the process (but actually make it feel good)
("romanticizing studying" doesnโt mean just buying cute stationery. letโs go deeper.)
sensory association is everything. your brain links experiences to the way they feel physically. so if studying feels uncomfortable, youโll avoid it. the solution? make it a luxurious experience for your senses.
โง visuals โ clean, minimalist desk, soft lighting, aesthetic study materials โง sound โ rain sounds, classical piano, lo-fi beats (music that enhances focus) โง touch โ cozy blankets, warm tea, smooth pens gliding over paper โง scent โ vanilla candles, fresh coffee, the pages of an old book
this isnโt just about aesthetics. itโs neuroscience. when studying feels pleasurable, your brain stops resisting it.
โงหยฐ โผ step 3: use high-dopamine study techniques
(forcing yourself to study the โnormalโ way is why you hate it.)
some study methods are literally designed to be boring. ditch them.
instead, try:
โผ blurting method: instead of passively reading, close your book and write down everything you remember. then check what you missed. (way more engaging than just re-reading notes.) โผ dual-coding: mix visuals with text. draw tiny sketches next to your notes. turn concepts into mind maps. watch a video explaining a topic right after reading about it. โผ pomodoro stacking: instead of the typical 25-minute study sprints, customize it. (ex: 50 min deep focus + 10 min break with an actual reward.) โผ interleaving technique: mix subjects instead of block studying. it forces your brain to stay engaged.
stop making studying harder than it needs to be. find what works for you, and your brain will stop fighting it.
โงหยฐ โผ step 4: make studying social (but in a smart way)
(because youโre not supposed to do this alone.)
studying alone for hours? miserable. but studying with others who are just as serious as you? instant motivation boost.
but instead of chaotic group study sessions where no one gets anything done, try:
โง parallel studying: hop on facetime or join a study livestream. silent, focused, but together. โง teaching method: explain concepts to a friend. if you can teach it, you truly understand it. โง study accountability: check in with someone daily. send each other your study goals, no excuses.
even just knowing someone else is studying at the same time can trick your brain into feeling more engaged.
โงหยฐ โผ step 5: shift your identity
("i hate studying" isnโt a personality trait. itโs a mindset problem.)
if you keep saying โi hate studying,โ your brain will never enjoy it. change the narrative.
โผ instead of โi suck at studying,โ try โ โiโm learning how to study in a way that works for me.โ โผ instead of โi canโt focus,โ try โ โiโm training my brain to focus longer every day.โ โผ instead of โi donโt feel like it,โ try โ โiโm someone who gets things done, whether i feel like it or not.โ
become the type of person who enjoys learning. once that becomes your identity, everything else follows.
โงหยฐ โผ step 6: create emotional attachment to your goals
motivation dies when your goals feel distant and impersonal. if youโre studying just because you โhave to,โ itโs easy to procrastinate. but if you link it to something deeply personal, it becomes non-negotiable.
try this: visualize your future self. imagine the version of you who already achieved everything you want. who is she? what does she do? how does she study?
then, make it emotional. โง if you dream of getting into your dream school, print pictures of it. make a vision board. โง if you want financial freedom, imagine the luxury of never stressing over money. โง if you want to be respected in your field, remind yourself that your knowledge is your power.
when you make studying personal, it stops being a chore. it becomes a commitment.
โงหยฐ โผ step 7: stop making everything harder than it needs to be
(struggling doesnโt mean youโre working harder. it just means youโre struggling.)
too many people study inefficiently because they think suffering = productivity. but studying smarter is always better than studying longer.
some ways to make it easier on yourself: โผ use study apps โ quizlet, pomdoro apps for focus, notion for organization โผ summarize like youโre texting a friend โ rewrite notes in your own words, no unnecessary fluff โผ study in โlevelsโ โ donโt jump straight into deep studying. warm up with light review, then increase intensity โผ take advantage of spaced repetition โ stop cramming, your brain retains more when you review over time
efficiency = less stress, better results. donโt work harder than necessary.
โงหยฐ โผ step 8: replace toxic productivity with high-performance habits
studying 10 hours in one night โ academic excellence. true high-achievers prioritize sustainability.
โผ quit glorifying exhaustion. taking breaks improves focus. itโs not laziness. โผ learn when to walk away. if youโre zoning out, step away. 10 minutes of real focus > 2 hours of fake studying. โผ protect your sleep. all-nighters donโt make you hardcore, they make you ineffective. your brain processes info while you sleep.
the goal isnโt to study the longest. itโs to study in a way that keeps your mind sharp and focused.
โงหยฐ โผ step 9: master the โdopamine pullโ method
instead of forcing motivation, use dopamine to your advantage.
โผ habit stacking โ pair studying with something enjoyable (ex: study while drinking your favorite matcha) โผ mini rewards โ after finishing a chapter, reward yourself with something small but satisfying โผ gamification โ track progress like a video game. every completed task = a โlevel upโ
your brain loves dopamine. give it reasons to associate studying with good feelings.
โงหยฐ โผ step 10: let go of perfectionism (but keep high standards)
perfectionism leads to procrastination and burnout. instead of striving for flawless, aim for consistent excellence.
โง done is better than perfect. stop rewriting notes 5 times. โง progress is the goal. each study session should move you forward, even if itโs small. โง your worth is not your grades. strive for success, but donโt let school define you.
when you release perfectionism, you actually start achieving more. keep your standards high, but donโt let them paralyze you.
โงหยฐ mindyโs personal tips
(things that helped me romanticize studying & actually make it enjoyable:)
โผ set a 5-minute timer. just start. most of the time, your brain stops resisting once you begin. โผ donโt let study guilt ruin your breaks. rest is productive. โผ have a โstudy fit.โ i swear, dressing up just a little makes a difference. โผ invest in one high-quality pen. something that glides effortlessly. small detail, huge difference. โผ study in cafรฉs, libraries, parks. switch locations to keep it interesting. โผ make it โง cozy โง. fuzzy socks, oversized sweaters, soft blankets. your comfort matters.
โงหยฐ homework: rewire your study experience
โผ for one of your study sessions this week, try at least two of the techniques above. โผ write a short journal entry: how do you want to feel while studying? how can you make that happen? โผ change just one thing about your study setup that makes it more enjoyable.
then come back & tell me. did studying feel better? (you can always message me or send me an ask in my inbox)
