Ava fertility tracker
In big hopes, I bought the fertility tracker bracelet from Ava.
According to the parameters, my ovulation will be on the 16th day - today is day 14. All ovulation tests are clearly negative though.
I am so confused.
Still on my period...
I have my period since 3 days now - means 4 more to go. But - I decided to all thing positively. My changes for the current cycle:
1. I spoke to my husband about making a second baby. He agreed & we will try together changing our lifestyle.
2. No sweets anymore - except some baby biscuits.
3. Calorie counting to 1100 kcal per day.
4. Self-care - daily shower.
5. Raspberryleaf tea 2 cups per day until ovulation day and velvet lady's mantle tea 2 cups per day afterwards.
6. Ava fertility tracker use.
7. Ovulation testing starting from day 14.
8. No pregnancy tests until I feel I need to (and only after I am sure I am overdue with my period).
9. Take my medicine!
10. Be perfect wife and mother.

The worst feeling ever
I am on my way to work. The night was horrible. Partially, because my baby is not sleeping well with all that high degrees outside - but mostly because I just cannot fall asleep. I have no idea why! I am always worring the hell about so many things recently. I cannot cope with this anymore. And btw, I feel pregnant, but seems that I am not - this is the worst part of it!
Current status
I donβt even know where to start my current story. Definitely too much going on. Letβs start anyways. Below my current areas of worries.
1. Working again after maternity leave
I started 2 months ago & it works fine. Problem is, I will have to do additional qualification, if I want to stay in my current position. As no other position available as alternative, I have no choice, but to obey. It will be crazy - 14 exams over coming 3 years. I donβt even know, how to survive this.
2. Fit & healthy life
Here is my most embarrassing area - total fail day to day. No sports, only eating sweets currently. Need to stop! In addition, my blood results are so bad - reason why I canβt get pregnant again I guess.Β
3. My baby
Baby V is 10 months. She still cannot do anything - no mobility at all. She cannot crawl, not even sit & she eats nothing at all. Also bad sleep at night. I feel so lost. It is very bad - I skip all classes and courses as I am so worried about her and I cannot even look at other babies without starting to hate them and becoming incredibly jealous.
4. Wish for baby number two
I tracked my fertility and had my ovulation on the 17th cycle day. Now I am due with my period tomorrow. No pregnancy signs (a little bit more tired tough) and 2 negative pregnancy tests. I still feel pregnant. But I guess I am not (again). I need to start hoping for next cycle to work, but I just cannot let this one go. I want this so badly! I have no idea, why it is not working - I feel so sad!
Morning salad π₯ Recipe below ππΌ . You need: - 150 g Rucola salad - 50 g ham (grass-fed) - 4 strawberries - 1 plum - spices: salt, pepper, basil, olive oil, apple vinegar - optional: agave syrup (if you like sweet dressing) Just chop everything and put into a bowl. Add oil, vinegar (+ syrup) and spices - mix all together & enjoy!!

Starting TODAY!! So excited! . As a mom newbie, you have no choice, but to workout to get back in shape, as most likely, your body gets totally out our control during pregnancy. I gained about 20 kg during being pregnant, then lost 10 kg tight after giving birth - so I have still at least 10 kg to go! But truth is, I wasnβt so happy with my body even before pregnancy, so I am ready to shape my body to be finally perfect for MYSELF ππΌ. . I will let you know about my progress, though there will be no before/after pictures until the program ends. . Letβs hope for best results!! .
