this is dried seaweed fritters in korean they called it 김그랑땡 . Korean people ussualy dip it with salt . The ingredients are very simple , you can get it everywhere , you just need : 1. dried seaweed , you need to let soak it woth water for around 5 minutes 2. Egg , depends on how much you'll make the fitters batter 3. Carrots or any vegetable like zucchini will make it too 4. I add some fish cake there so you'll get some different texture from the fish cake 5. Some green chilli 6. Any purpose flour How to make ? Just cut the seaweed that you've soaked before , put it in the bowl , add the egg , beat it then add some salt and pepper , add the fish cake , vegetables of your choice , green chillim, then some flour to thicken your batter . fry it on hot pan , you may make it as thin as you can so that you can get the crunchy texture from your fritrers . then done ! enjoy with some hot rice or you can eat it like that ♥ #korean #koreandishes #koreansidedish #koreanfood #homemade
