Wyvern #1-Kite-Tailed Tangerine

This a creature design inspired by many different animals. I was aiming for that cutesy look of otters and dogs, primarily my daschund. They just have that innocent, dorky look about them that is adorable. The theme here is the clownfish. These are a whole class of creatures I’ve given the name of “Sephine.”

A dragon based off the “Emerald Cicada.” I worked half the summer on this and it was not easy. This dragon is the first of many more which will feature more texture than I usually paint. Fully Digital. I custom made all of the background elements as well except the font of course. The cicada’s scientific name is “Zammara Smaragdina.” I added the “dracos” part to signify the dragon half of the creature.
