Hail Satan

This is the ritual I did last night. I adapted it from the description of supposed witch initiations in Compendium Maleficarum. 

There is some language in here which is specific to trans people who want to use the black baptism as an opportunity to finally cleanse themselves of dead names. Feel free to alter that part, and any part of this really, to suit your individual needs. 

I really recommend taking your time with this ritual. Pause to pray or meditate whenever you feel the need. Get creative within the structure and do what feels right in the moment. 

You’ll notice that this ritual calls for a secret, magical name. So you’ll need to pick out your “true name” ahead of time. Do this carefully. I consider my true name to be the name of my Inner God. It was not chosen lightly. 

You can omit this if you want, and just use the name you prefer to be known by–but taking a new name in Satan is part of the alleged ritual this is based on, and it’s arguably the most important part. 

Re: water for the baptism– you could just use plain water but why not make it special! Mine was water mixed with ash from incense burned to Lucifer, with a dash of eclipse water thrown in and a Satanic rosary submerged in it. But that’s just because that was what felt right to me and what I had on hand. You do you. Go crazy. 

MATERIALS

Chalk or whatever you are using to make your circle

RITUAL

This ritual is to be performed at 3am on the morning of a day of personal significance.

Before the stroke of 3, start bonfire. Draw the magic circle. Have materials ready. It took me at least a two hours to get everything in place how I wanted, but my set up was a little more complicated than the basic one described here. (I set up a whole altar and elaborately decorated my circle with roses, rosemary, and candles.) Give yourself time. 

At 3am, step into circle. Visualize it being filled with your own Darklight. Use this to construct a ward. From here on in, nothing comes into the circle except you and Satan.

Say:

This night, in the sight of Satan, I shall be born again.

Light candles and incense, and say:

Hail to thee, Lucifer, Lord of this world! Prince of the Powers of Air! Son of the Morning! Liberator of humanity! Witness me as I pledge my faith to thee, and help me make myself anew!

Throw crucifix on the ground. Say:

I deny the tyrant above. I deny his sycophant son. I deny the holy ghost. I deny the so-called virgin mother, and all of the angels, and all of the saints. They have no power over me.

Trample the crucifix. Spit on it. Do whatever feels right to defile it. When you are done, fling it as far out of the circle as you can.

Pick up the Bible. Say:

I renounce this noxious book. The Tyrant Above is the true Father of Lies. I denounce his teachings, and I deny everyone who tried to tutor me in them.

Defile Bible. Cast it from the circle.

Get Baptismal water. Say:

I cast off, finally and forever, the false name I was given at birth, ________. I assume my new name, ______, openly before the world. I take into my soul my true and secret name, the name of my God, never to be uttered aloud where others may hear it and use it for power over me.

(Say the true/magical name aloud if you want, but only if nobody can hear you. Like, for damn sure.)

Baptize self with water.

Remove an article of clothing and cast it from the circle. Say:

As the snake sheds its skin, so I shed mine. I cast off the old on this day, and profess, now and forever, this creed:

I believe in the cause of the Fallen Angels. I believe in the Serpent of Eden. I believe in the Kingdom that is below. I believe in the God within me.

Eat fruit, and say:

By virtue of the forbidden fruit, I am free. I am a sovereign soul on the path to divinity. Knowingly and of my own volition, I chose to walk this path with thee, O Satan.

May I be stricken from the Tyrant’s book! May my true name be writ large in thine!

Visualize a book before you. Raise your finger (or wand, or athame, if you prefer) and write your true magical name in that invisible book.

Say:

I promise to make my life’s work an offering to thee, and to the God within me! I vow to burn thy incense, to light thy candles, to speak thy name with love forever. Speak thou my name, with love, in return!

Never will I make confession to the Tyrant’s priests. Never will I take the Tyrant’s communion. Instead shall I remember thy Sabbath, I shall gather with thine other children, and I shall learn to fly to thee.

Make now thy mark on me!

Draw an inverted cross on your brow with incense ash to represent the mark. Visualize that mark being made permanent on your astral body. (If something else happens now—cool!)

Say:

Morning Star, be thou my light. Lord of this world, make me Lord of mine. Raise me up, and I will stand, forever and ever, by thee.

Be it so!

After speaking these words, you may leave the circle. Collect the discarded items, such as crucifixes and Bible and piece of clothing, to be thrown into the bonfire.

Simple Rite To Become A Satanist

Perform this ritual naked to symbolize honesty and new beginnings. If possible, have a cup of water near the altar and light one or more candles of any color. If a compass or compass iphone app is available to you, face the North, the direction of the demonic. Say the following. You must perform this ritual three times three nights in a row at the same time each night. If you are afraid to be discovered, you may whisper all of these words. You can even simply say them in your mind (some witches consider that more powerful). Some of these works are hard to pronounce, so just do your best. This ritual calls upon Belial, Baal (pronounced like “bail of hay” and also called Bael, pronounced like the word BYE followed by the letter L), Asmodeus/Asmoday, and Satan. Read about these entities before you practice the rite. This ritual also calls upon Lepaca, a demon whom no one understands. Remember that eleven is the number of Hell and what is demonic. Nine is the number of Satan and the demonic part of the human soul which is called the Black Flame.

Start by saying “I call upon the forces of Hell to fill this room with infernal energy. I allow it to fill my body and mind so that I may achieve my destiny as a witch.”

Chant the magick words which follow to open the gates to Hell and brings its forces to you. Know that this energy is like a home for your soul and know that your magick powers are strongest when you are within it: “Zazas Zazas Nastanada Zazas.”

Say “I know now that Jesus Christ and Mohammed are worthless, lying shitstains who seek to repress the power and wisdom of humanity. Yahweh is a scourge upon this species and I will not follow his teachings. Fuck Jehovah the Worm!”

Say “Azothoz”, which increases your power. Three times chant “Melus de Quo Magma,” which means ‘Reality Comes from the Demonic.’ Say “Et Revertetur ad Tenebras” which means ‘Everything returns to darkness,’ and say “Agios o Satanas,” which means ‘Satan is Divine.’

Say “I call upon the Satanas the Devil, the God of Witchcraft and Individuality, the God who challenges us to think instead of believe, the god who bestows power upon the witch. I have chosen to follow your path and I seek your guidance in magick.”

Say “Veni, omnipotens aeternae Diabolus,” which means “Come, omnipotent eternal Devil.”

Say “Aperiatur Acharayim, et germinet Satanas,” which means ‘Open Acharayim/Hell, and bring forth the Devil.’

Say “Tasa reme laris Satan” three times. These are words of power which call the Devil. Know that you are safest in his presence. Chants like these are called ‘enns’ and most demons have an enn which can be used to call them up.

Imagine a shadowy being who you cannot quite see and know that it is Lepaca. Say “I call upon the Lepaca, the Black Lord of Portals and Birth to bring forth darksome entities to witness and empower my rebirth. Lepaca Kohot ha-Reshut ha-Rabbim!” Know that demons are entities who wish to teach you and help you become immortal.

Imagine a spirit who resembles a wingless black dragon which stands on two legs. Know that this is Belial. Say “I call upon Belial, the Dragon who Guards the Gate before the Devil’s Kingdom. Belial, Lord of Fire and Earth, bestow your blessing unto me and my ritual. I seek your blessing, Great Teacher of Humanity and Guardian of Sorcerers!”

Say “Iaus Belial,” pronounced EE-OSS Belial, which praises Belial. Say “Agios o Belial,” which means ‘Belial is Divine.’ Say “Lirach tasa Vefa Wehlic Belial” three times– it is Belial’s enn.

Imagine a great warrior demon and know that his name is Baal. Say “I call upon Baal, the Sulphurous God of Storms and Warfare to grant me his blessing and strengthen my flesh and character alike. The words of power which follow will strengthen my body and soul through Baal’s incredible power.”

Say “Aperiatur Acharayim, et germinet Baal-Tzelmoth” six times. It means ‘Open Acharayim (Hell), and bring forth Ba’al, the God of Shadows and Death. Say “Jezebel,” a word which praises Ba’al. Say “Agios o Bael,” which means ‘Bael is Divine.’

Imagine a beautiful male demon who carries a spear and know that he is Asmodeus. Say “I call upon Asmodeus to complete my ritual of initiation and grant me magickal power.” Chant these magickal words to call upon Asmodeus: “Eko Eko Asmodee! Aperiatur Acharayim, et germinet Asmodeus! Eko Eko Asmodee, Ayer avage Aloren Asmoday aken!”

If you brought a drink of water or other beverage, drink it now. Feel it change you.

     Let’s be real, summoning demons is cool. People view Black Magic as taboo and it’s just about as edgy as it gets, like the ultimate goth aesthetic. However that doesn’t mean it should be taken lightly.

     When you summon a demon it’s not like Supernatural or Sabrina the Teenage Witch. You cannot kill the devil, and selling your soul is not everything it’s made out to be. This is reality, it’s the hidden part of reality, but it’s still reality. You see in this plain of existence we have a little thing called “physics”, and with this there are unspoken laws.

     A being manifesting itself as energy will rarely make things fly around the room unless it’s got nothing better to do which shouldn’t be the case if you went to the trouble of summoning it. This is not a movie, if you think it is, I would highly suggest you do more research before you continue any further.

Why you should (and shouldn’t) summon a demon?

     Demons can do a lot for you, if you’re willing and strong enough to pay the price. From manifesting impossible amounts of money, to literally helping you take over the world, it can be very tempting. 

      With the “right” spells, rituals, and intent, human beings hold to power to both command and work with Satan himself. A lot of the times Demons can act as the “Motherlode” cheat of the real world, saving you a lot of unnecessary time and energy.  

     Good/Respectful Reasons to summon a demon: 

     1. Money

     2. Sex

     3. Love

     4. Knowledge and Secrets

     5. Revenge

     6. Murder (controversial but needed) 

     7. General Magickal Assistance 

     8. Physical Fitness

     9. Health

     Bad/Disrespectful reasons to summon a demon:

     1. To film it and post *UNDENIABLE PROOF* on YouTube

     2. To tell it you hate demons… Just why

     3. To demand it to show itself  

     4. To “Dabble” in the craft

They do not owe you, yes you may have power, but you are no where near their God. Stop it, sit in the corner, and think about what you’ve done. 

Preparing Yourself:

     1. Abandon the Abrahamic belief systems. This is essential, if you think demons are going to be a ticket to your damnation, don’t call one.

     2. Abandon the idea of good and bad. You have to learn to acknowledge that NOTHING is a black and white issue. The best way to do this, is to find the worst things that you can possibly think of, and then try and find the silver lining. Demons are neutral beings and if you have a neutral mindset you will get better results!

     3. Start meditating!!! Meditation is Key. Start with 5 mins a day and slowly increase. If you want I can definitely make a black magicians guide to meditation.

     4. Believe as much as you can. Give the non skeptical part of your brain complete control for a while. If you are open to them, they are open to you.

     5. Research. Whether it’s about the demon, or just magick in general, you are going to have to pick up a book or two (message me for PDFs). 

Best Demons For Beginners:

     1. Lucifer. That’s right, despite popular belief, Lucifer has been known to be patient and quite kind. He can appear as Lucifer (an angel of light), recommend for beginners. Or he can appear as Lucifer Amaymon , a infinite black hole like nothing you’ve ever seen before, (He’ll only appear to you this way if he feels that is how you relationship should progress).

     2. Bune. The Demoness of wealth and necromancy (Side note, I just realized she’s the demon equivalent to Hades). She’s tends to be good with new people, just don’t be a dick. 

     3. Astaroth, a gender bending queen. They seem to be kind and are not apposed to working with newcomers. They can teach astral projection, self control, divination, and spirit communication.

     4. King Paimon. Address as KING PAIMON, not just Paimon. He’s kind, can give you hella familiars, and as long as you respect him and his title, he can help with almost anything, or at the very least point to a spirit who can. 

     5. Then again you could take my path, find the most powerful spirit willing to work with you, and the dive in hoping not to break your head. 

Offerings and Pacts: 

DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY! If you offer the demon your soul and they accept, it is likely you’ll be a slave for the the rest of eternity. The majority of deals do not require lifelong worship and a virgin sacrifice. Do not offer something you cannot come through on. They will take your firstborn child, they can kill your dog, and I will have no pity for you. They do their part, you better do yours. 

Offerings can Include:

1. Wine 

2. Jewelry (and gems)

3. Art

4. Blood (yours)

5. Complete Control of you life for a certain amount of time

6. Sex (Yes you can have sex with demon, I’ll make a how to later)

7. Bread (homemade is best)

8. Metal

9. Write them a song

10. Flowers 

11. Animal Sacrifice (Often times you can eat the meat afterwards, but always ask the spirit first) 

12. Orgasms

To make a Pact: 

     First off acknowledge that a pact is like signing a contact or taking out a line of credit. Don’t do this without some thought first. 

Why Make a Pact?: 

     1. A pact can get you results, big results

     2. A pact is a sign of trust and respect for the entity you’re working with. 

     3. It gives an exact guide of your desires, so the spirit knows exactly what you want.

     4. It can often be a gateway to possession, which if your like me, yay!

     5. It anchors the spirit to the physical plane, and you to the spiritual plane.

Pacts can be done using physical items, or it can be just a soul contact. The physical paper is recommended, I didn’t do that because I’m me and safety isn’t something I usually look into. 

Terms and Conditions:

“Take a pen/feather whatever and dip it in the Ink write on the clear paper/parchment.Before you write, remember to be careful and specific. Lay down your terms for the pact, write your exact desires and what you want in the agreement and what you don’t want too.

     The duration of the pact will last for (insert how long you wish the pact to last), I forsake all other spirits and only work with your for the duration of the pact.These are my terms, however you will not (place in the here, what you don’t won’t happening or what you don’t want the spirit to mess with) these conditions must be upheld between both parties of flesh and spirit”.

     The above of course is just a brief rough example, draw a line at the bottom left and draw another line at the bottom write.Both these lines are signature holders, you can not sign your signature until the ritual of evocation is performed.Write at the bottom the written, script which is on the seal of the sorcerer, which is the runic script for ‘Alash Tad’alash talashtu’.

     Now wait for the ink to dry, draw on top of the pact a inverted pentagram and at the bottom draw the sigil of the spirit.Pact Shield.Take the red paper draw a huge inverted pentagram on it. In each point of the pentagram write 9. Until there are five 9’s inside each point.Draw a circle over the inverted pentagram, it acts a symbol which contains the power inside the pact protected.

     Gaze at the symbol and see it open, whilst vibrating the name of the demon of pacts, ‘Lucifuge’ do it nine times.The black piece of paper acts as a aura of darkness covering the pact.Evocation Pact Signing.

     Summon the spirit in a ritual of evocation, tell the entity you have a written pact with you.Place the Pact outside of the circle, once the spirt agrees to enter a Pact with you.

Sign your name in the bottom left corner and add your blood over the signature.And say“(spirits name) I sign this Pact with you, I sign this covenant together”.

     Place the pact outside the circle, ask the spirit to sign to pact, you’ll see astral lines it’s the spirits astral signature.Draw over the invisible lines with the blessed ink, in order for the energetic signature to be physically anchored.Take on final drop of blood spill it over the demons signature and open the sigil of the demon and add one more drop of blood on the sigil.Then say"I seal the pact in my blood, the pact is signed, the covenant is agreed too, in the words of the grand invocation, Alash Tad Alash tal’ashtu so it is done’.Roll up the paper, take the red pact shield roll that over the parchment.

     Take the final black paper pact guard roll that over the parchment.Take both ribbons tie, them around the pact.

Light the incense, see the powers of the spirit rise through the smoke hold the pact over the incense, fumigating the energies of the pact.Also what I like to do is meditate while gazing at the pact with as red candle and black candle on either side whilst I visualise my desires becoming manifest.

     Now the pact has been made, agreed too and signed. This is how I do my pacts and I wanted to share with you the process of which I go through, hope this helps.“

This explained it better then I could have so props to the magician! I don’t do all of this, but as always it’s your craft, do what feels best.

The Evocation: 

Finally! 

You will need: 

     1.Candles

     2. Incense that creates strong smoke

     Step Two: On the outside of your circle place your unlit incense facing toward the direction you want the spirit to appear.

     Step Three: Place the sigil inside the circle close enough that you can gently gaze at it, without hurting your eyes.

     Step Four: Activate The Sigil while meditating by chanting the demons enn, to activate the sigil gaze at it till it starts to look like it’s disappearing and then reappearing. Light the incense 

     Step Five: When you feel the demons energy near you start your “command” of “*name* come appear before me in beholdable form” do this until it literally feels like your going to pass out. 

     Step Six: When your almost not sure who or where you are any more, simply repeat “*name* come” and gaze into the smoke of the incense until you can almost see and hear the demon in your head. 

     Step Seven: Greet the demon, ask whatever questions you would like to, offer it the pact or offering, etc, etc. 

     Step Eight: When you ready to end the ritual, simply state “Now go, carry out my will, and return from whence you came” Then blow out your candles, clean everything up, and try to take your mind off it.

Lilith

A demonic goddess who was known during Mesopotamia and appears in the Bible as Babalon the Great, Mother of Abominations. She is one of the most ancient gods and is deeply misunderstood, but continues to assist humans in any way she can. This information is gained from my conversations with her and from my personal experiences over the years.

Some of her titles: Mother of All, Elit of the Deathless Light, Red Goddess, Red Queen, Mother of Abominations, Dark Mother, Witch Mother, The Morning Star, Mistress of Night, The Fire-Hearted, Mother of Life, Queen of Hell, The Evening Star, and Bride of the First Light

History: In legend, Lilith has more than one mythical origin: the commonly known in which she was the first human who turned into a demon, and the other where she and Samael began as one being before splitting in two. The latter is the closest to the story she shared with me. She began as part of Lucifer before he created her from himself as his Twinflame. Due to this shared essence, Lilith has draconic energy just as Lucifer does. These two gods fell deeply in love and married, there is no love that can match theirs as it flows through all creation. She is a duplicate of his divine essence and shares in his unmatched beauty and wisdom. She was born a goddess of unequaled beauty and splendour and rules alongside Lucifer in his Kingdom as his queen. Together, they have had thousands of children and all are beautiful and benevolent. Lilith does not actually harm children, this was due to Lilitu being merged with Lamashtu (who also doesn’t kill children). Lilith adores them and has even looked after my own. Lilith is more than just a goddess, she is arguably the goddess, the Mother. She is the radiant Evening Star and is utterly perfect in every way, known throughout all history in many forms. She is also known as the Queen of Heaven, not the Christian heaven, but the celestial one.

She had come into being hundreds of millions of years before the Usurper took over the Earth and cast aside the pagan gods. At this point, she and Lucifer lived peacefully in a beautiful land where they ruled over many other gods. But this land was destroyed by the Usurper who then cast them into the nightmarish land of Hell for Rebelling against him. The gods who were banished to Hell were then labelled as “demons” in order to cause fear against them and hide the truth of what happened. In Hell, Lucifer and Lilith are the High King and Queen of their kingdom where they live in a desert wasteland of eternal twilight. There are oases and flower gardens here, surrounding the castle where they live.

Rulerships: No amount of words could do this goddess justice, for she is of a vast many things, and is often very paradoxical. She cannot be fully comprehended, but she is overall, the Queen Mother of Hell and she is Love itself. She is connected with undying love, sex, passion, beauty, war, combat, life, fertility, motherhood, death, darkness, nourishment, fire, plagues, famine, power, indulgence, abundance, pleasure, desire, confidence, truth, inner-strength, outcasts, revenge, witchcraft, enlightenment, and is the ruling goddess of Venus- the Morning/Evening Star. She is both the glory of dawn and the mystery of the night. She is the raging wild fire and the fire of warmth.

Despite what many believe about Lilith, she hates being sexualized and does not represent loveless lust. She wants sex that comes with love, of being appreciated and treated like an equal. She despises people who lust after her and disrespect her like this.

Element: She is equally connected to all, but favours fire.

Colours: Red, wine red, and black

Appearance: Like all gods, Lilith can change her form to suit the needs/comforts of others but the following is her true form- the way she appeared when created and how she naturally looks when not changing her form. She is a tall and slender woman in her late 20s with very long wavy black hair, enchanting violet eyes, fair skin, regal but gentle facial features, red lips, black horns, and enormous black feathered wings (sometimes appear as black draconic wings). She has a very classy and sensual taste in fashion and often wears wine red dresses with fancy golden jewelry. Her voice is very soothing and calm, but radiates power.

Visions of Lilith: In one vision, Lilith filled the entire horizon, merging dawn with dusk, her hair flowing like firestorm of black hues enriched with reddish glow…with her eyes closed; she slowly opens them, and creation becomes overflowing with her love, her smile is the most divine I’ve ever seen. Another was of her standing in an empty battlefield, skeletons and swords were strewn about in the darkness. She stood in the centre, naked, covered with blood, and with a red glow emanating from her body. She gave a bone-chilling smile and flames erupted around her.

Personality: As with all beings, Lilith’s personality varies a bit from person to person, so some may not experience certain sides of her. Though overall, Lilith is deeply motherly, serene, compassionate, wise, intelligent, mysterious, cunning, assertive, courageous, and golden-hearted. She is perfect in beauty- outside and in, and is full of incredible wonders. Lilith values truth, justice, and free-will; no one can bring her down and she does her best to empower others as well. She is truly incredible and perfect, a radiant star of enlightenment and eternal love. Though she does indeed have a darker side, for during battles, she is terrifying and annihilating. She destroys all in her path and hates all corruption. She is normally gentle, but is sadistic towards those she hates and indulges in her blood-lust against them. Lilith can be very dominating in these circumstances, her fury could shake the very earth. 

As Queen, Lilith is greatly revered and praised in Hell, for she is viewed as the ultimate and most perfect goddess. She is highly intelligent and loves knowledge; she strives to know everything. Her mind is vast and incredibly beautiful, and she deeply enjoys bestowing her knowledge unto others. As she is the goddess of outcasts, she especially does not tolerate oppression of any kind. Lilith stands beside all people who have been wronged and demonized, this includes sex workers and all transgendered people as well. Those who feel otherwise will not be accepted by her and will be forced to confront their ignorance. 

How to call her: Speak to Lilith as you would with any other entity, be polite and considerate. Contact her through telepathically speaking in your mind, directing the words to her (you can do this verbally, but if malicious spirits hear, they may pretend to be her). Allow yourself to be embraced by her presence, ask her to be near and speak to her of whatever you wish. Some common side-effects of her energy is the feeling of warmth, power, and/or arousal. She is very nurturing towards her devotees and is incredibly beautiful, often wrapping her large black wings around people to comfort them.

What she can do: Lilith is extremely powerful and can help with basically anything, but she does have some areas of expertise. She can help with self-love, gaining loving relationships of all kinds, confidence, revenge (justified), empowerment of all kinds, assertiveness, emotional healing, fertility issues, protection, witchcraft, removing fear, wisdom, shadow work, rebellion, psychic abilities, spiritual rebirth, seeking knowledge, enlightenment, and success in all areas of life.

Offerings:

Sex Magic in Traditional Witchcraft

We’ve all heard of sex magic, especially when related to Ceremonial Magic, Thelema and Tantra, but what about sex magic in Witchcraft and Traditional Witchcraft? The Great Rite within Wicca is well known, but seldom practiced today except symbolically with athame and chalice.

However its origins are quite ancient and can be found in the heiros gamos, the sacred marriage of a god and goddess within the Ancient Greek and Egyptian religions of which an initiated priest and priestess of the old gods would re-enact for elaborate ceremonies during certain festivals.

Our animistic ancestors believed that the earth was a fertile woman and the sky god her lover. When it rained, it was the god’s semen fertilizing the earth goddess. Worship of the phallus is found the world over, as is worship of the Sacred Whore.

Some scholars and witches argue the first act of sex magic was between Eve and the serpent in the Garden of Eden. Those old writers loved analogies. Some say the trickster god initiated Eve into the mysteries of knowledge, awareness and cunning by having sex with her.

And afterward it was no fruit, no fig she gave to Adam, but her “fig”, an ancient analogy for the female genitals as well as the act of intercourse still present today in the mano fico hand gesture. So the trickster god initiated Eve and then she initiated Adam into the mysteries for which they both got thrown out of the garden for “being too much like gods”.

The first cunning man and woman were the first man and woman. In etymology the proto-Germanic root word for Witchcraft – weik – from which wicce, wicca, wiccaecrafte and related sorcerous words stem from literally translates as “cunning and guile”.

This possibly explains the use of sexual initiation for certain traditions, especially within Medieval and modern traditional witchcraft. Sex is a way to connect with the Gods of both the Upper and Lower Worlds. There are accounts from the witch trials of women having sex with the devil himself to be initiated into a coven and into the mysteries – does this sounds so far removed from the story of Eve?

Uses

Sex magic has multiple uses within Witchcraft. It can be used as an offering for deity worship, for acting out the mysteries of the gods, to attain knowledge/ awareness /inspiration, to be initiated into a tradition or mystery, to raise energy for workings, to empower sexual fluids for magical uses, to conceive, to act as Sacred Whore, to empower a working or sigil, for healing, or for flying… I’m sure there are many more out there.

I have to add a note here about sex and initiation: it is never okay for one to tell a prospective initiate they have to have sex with them in order to be initiated or as a required part of the initiation rite. Even if a tradition does have a sexual initiation, there are always ways around having sex with the teacher/initiator. Respectful and mentally healthy members of a tradition will be sure to tell you the options. So many young people have lost their innocence to such manipulative creepy people who usually can’t have sex any other way than force. Never fall for it!

Methods

So here’s the dirty part, if you can’t handle graphic imagery and naughty words – suck it up and read it anyway! You’re a witch and sometimes we need to get dirty. As this article is solely about magical sex, I’ll be saving the magical uses of bodily fluids for another piece.

1. Evoke a god and goddess or deities, who are the same sexes as the lovers, into the partners during ritual and have sex during ritual essentially while possessed to reenact the sacred mystery and to empower a rite.

2. From folk magic – have sex outdoors on the ground to bless the earth to encourage its continued fertility. This was once practiced by farmers to ensure healthy crops at the spring festivals. So in modern times you could drag your lover outside for a wild romp in the garden or in the woods as an offering to the genius loci.

3. During an outdoor rite, have sex standing up against an old sacred tree so the energy you and your lover build up is sent forth up the trunk of the tree at the point of climax – to the otherworld, to the gods – either as offering or to blast out the power or your spell or working through orgasm and use of the tree as a conductor.

4. Have sex during a traditional witchcraft outdoor rite with the stang driven into the earth of the centre of the compass, using the stang to draw up energy from the earth or draw down power from the otherworld to empower and send forth your spell/working with the gathered energy at the point of climax.

5. For flying – use a flying ointment for magical masturbation or sex, but make sure it’s safe to use on your naughty bits as some of the traditional herbs can cause irritation and rashes — especially avoid putting datura, henbane and belladonna down there — mandrake (mandragora officinarum) is okay. One method, which works with both straight and male gay couples, would be to rub one partner’s cock with the flying ointment and then have sex during a rite, so you both may fly. If you’re a lesbian couple, there are always fingers and dildos.

6. Have sex in an outdoor location with land, sea and sky all present to invoke a deity, or to raise energy for a rite or working.

7. For initiation – to be given the initiation at the point of orgasm; secret wisdom or knowledge passed on during climax from the initiator to the initiate. This can be done in the privacy of indoors or outdoors during a rite – best in a place with land, sea and sky or where two rivers meet. Or at a crossroads to be initiated by the goat-horned black man himself.

8. For Rune and Sigil Magic – after having sex during ritual to empower the sexual fluids, they can be applied to runestaves and sigils to give “life” to the charm and empower/activate it. A man can masturbate and cum on the sigil or runestave to the same end, or the symbols can be drawn on the bodies of the lovers during ritual, so their orgasm empowers the symbols and the spell is released.

💕Coltsfoot: Stuff the leaves in a satchel or use them in a love spell.

💕Columbine: Especially useful in spells or meditations that are asking to be reunited with a lover.

💕Cowslip: Cheaper than a haircut, this can be used in spells calling for more physical beauty and attractiveness.

💕Crocus: Used in spells of love and harmonious attraction.

💕Daisy: This flower is used during divination work to prophesize the future of love.

💕Strawberry: The actual fruit is an aphrodisiac and used in spells of love or sexuality while the leaves bring about luck. Charge and combine with melted Chocolate (as in dipped strawberries) for an irresistable love charm.

💕Thyme: If you are planning on doing any love related dream work, have some of this on hand.

💕Vanilla: The flowers of the plant are aphrodisiacs and work well in satchels while the hulls do best in amulets or talismans. Excelent for use in cooking and baking spells as well as in perfumes, oils, baths and aromatherapy magick.
