Ashitaka, you mean so much to me, but I can’t forgive the humans for what they’ve done.

Method: 1. First I make the sushi rice by following the package instructions. Mine called for 2 cups rice, 3 cups water. Bring everything to a boil then let simmer for 12-15 mins. 🌱 2. When the rice is done, mix in ½ cup rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oil and ¼ cup sugar. 🌱 3. While the rice is cooking thinly slice your carrots, cucumber, avocado, and tofu. You can use any other fillings that you want. 🌱 4. Lay down your sheet of nori then spread a thin layer of vegan mayo on it if you want. Next add a thin layer of the rice, and all your filings on one end of the roll. Then just roll the sheet of nori tightly. Wet your hands with water to make the sushi roll easier to close. 🌱 5. Slice and enjoy! Making vegan sushi seems hard but it’s honestly so easy, I hope you guys try it 😊🌱
