Ingredienti:
3 uova
150 gr di zucchero
2 vasetti di yogurt del gusto preferito
130 ml di olio di semi
250 gr di farina per dolci
1 bustina di lievito vanigliato (oppure 1 bustina di lievito+1 bustina di vanillina)
Preparazione:
sbattere energicamente le uova con lo zucchero finchè non saranno chiare e spumose. (Se utilizzate il bimby, montate a velocità 5 per 2 minuti)
Aggiungere lo yogurt e l’olio.Incorporare la farina setacciata con il lievito.
Versare in uno stampo da plumcake rivestito da carta da forno e infornare a 180° per circa 40-45 min (statico). Fare sempre la prova stecchino.
Voilà.
A piacere si posso aggiungere gocce di cioccolato, mirtilli, pezzetti di mela…
Per un plumcake ancora più profumato, grattugiate un po’ di scorza di limone biologico!
ULTIMO AGGIORNAMENTO (VARIANTI): Viene buono anche togliendo un uovo però riducete la farina a 220 gr.Preparato con la farina di riso verrà sofficissimo! Dovete provarlo!!Ho provato a utilizzare la farina integrale mescolandola al 50% con quella 00 e viene sempre buonissimo. Se non avete 250 gr di yogurt utilizzate 125 gr di yogurt e 125 gr di latte.
