🎄 Go look at Christmas lights. You can either drive around to look at the decorations people have put on their houses or go to a festive Christmas lights park.

🎁 Make snowflakes out of colored paper and add some glitter, then string those up around your room!

🎄 Bake cookies - there are a lot of recipes on Pinterest. Then, once the cookies are baked, decorate them all with fun colored icing.

🎁 Have your regressor write a letter to Santa and leave it somewhere special Santa will find it - maybe make a mailbox for them. Then, use that list and get them what you can off of that list and write some presents as from Santa and other presents from you!

🎄 Watch Christmas movies and read them Christmas stories at night. Or, make a Christmas story with them and decorate it! Most of the materials you’d need are cheap at a craft store.

🎁 Decorate their dolls and toys for Christmas with them. If they have a doll house, get/make Christmas decorations for it!

🎄 Make hot cocoa (with extra marshmallows and milk of course) and take long winter walks - with them properly bundled up of course!

🎁 Get Christmas lights and hang them up EVERYWHERE!

🎄 Make some garland out of fun stuff - there’s lots of ideas on Pinterest.

Constantly holding your littles hand and rubbing their hand with your thumb to keep them calm in public.

Helping your little make doctors appointments or giving your little pep talks to make doctors appointment because they’re afraid of talking on the phone.

Seeing your little go from bouncy and talkative to shy and quiet the second you leave the house.

Reassuring your little every time they think someone looks at them funny when you’re in public.

Taking the lead in conversations with new people so your little doesn’t have to strain themselves.

Taking long period of time to help your little relax and calm down after being around a lot of people.

Watching your little at social events and looking for queues that they’re in an uncomfortable position or need to leave and be alone.

♡ make sure they’re alright and they know you care

♡ help them breathe through panic/anxiety attacks

♡ tell them that they’re okay, you have them

I know there will be days where everything feels like too much.

I know it’s hard to believe that things will get better or easier.

I know how bad you can feel when your caregiver is there for you, but you don’t feel okay yet.

I know going through what you do is more than what anyone should.

I also know that you’re incredibly brave.

You have immeasurable strength.

You are resilient.

You are breathtaking.

You are so sweet.

You are smart.

You are whole. Even if you don’t feel that way.

You aren’t lacking anything.

Whatever you have been or will be through cannot take that away from you.

Daddy can never feel like a bad daddy and if he does, he needs to talk to Princess about it. He’s the best and needs to know it. 

Daddy must always be fair with punishments and let Princess know what she did wrong before punishing. 

Daddy must never yell at Princess because yelling is scary. 

Daddy must be as patient and understanding as possible. 

Daddy must never force princess into anything she’s not comfortable with. 

Daddy must eat three meals a day and let Princess help him be productive. Just because I’m little doesn’t mean I can’t help Daddy with life stuffs. 

Daddy must always be honest with Princess even if he thinks the truth will hurt her feelings.

Don’t make Princess make too many decisions. She’s not very good at it and Daddy should pick stuff.

Daddy must always provide aftercare after an intense punishment or play session. Even when I’ve been bad, I need to be reassured that I’m loved. 

Daddy has to love me and hug me and squeeze me and cuddle me and take care of me and hold my hand and kiss me and all sorts of the best stuff <3
