So the problem with Alex saying that pink pony club is his karaoke song is that it’s simply out of his range. I don’t know his singing range but I have a much higher speaking voice than he does and I get *real* pitchy trying to hit the higher notes. Furthermore, his previous answer was always Angels by Robbie Williams and now that I am listening to it, it bottoms out my range. I doubt his previous karaoke song would be out of range for him, and the rest of this post builds on that postulate.
This leads us to a few options
Assumption: Alex *is* actually singing it as karaoke
1. alex for some reason has a soprano range, in fact he has to have like a 3 octave range
2. alex has a devastating high falsetto
3. alex is taking the melody down one or more octaves
I need video evidence to understand the musicality
4. alex is doing an absolutely piss-poor job and is just screaming the lyrics

Therefore, there must be some reason to choose chappell roan, particularly given masculinity and heterosexist standards of the fia
1. Alex doesnt know that the song is gay as fuck
This could make sense given the whole dropping out of school
