you are responsible for what you say and how you say it. intent is not impact. you can be well intentioned and still hurt people - own up and apologize.

you have an amazing memory - disallow anyone from questioning what you said and when you said it. 

you are important - show it to yourself 

there’s more than just work and home - have hobbies and be dedicated to them - have fun, enjoy yourself - get lost in hours and hours of trying to learn how to sew properly.
