i feel so big but so small at the same time and it’s so frustrating

this is kind of tmi y’all but it’s ed related. so basically last week i thought i was getting a uti so i told my mom and we went to urgent care and i got tested but it came out negative, but they decided to still give me some pills for the symptoms. and so when i got them i looked at the side effects and one said loss of appetite, so i was like SKINNYYYYY. and it has really been working, i’ve been skipping days trying to make them last longer even. but i’m at my lowest weight since i’ve started this journey and so today feels like a good day.
