Expectations.
How hard it is to meet? Very hard. They set that standard for you. Habang ikaw, it wasn't really you. It wasn't the things that you can do. It wasn't the things that you can give. It wasn't the things that you can offer. Yet.. They still want you to give those, to lend them those. To show them off those expectations from you. Hindi masama mag-set ng ganito. But I am pleading to be realistic too. And just to add, not all capabilities are the same. Sabi nga, turuan mo ang isdang maglakad, sa tingin mo matututo ba siya? Isang obvious na hindi ang sagot. Katulad din ng punong mangga na inaasahan mong strawberry ang ibubunga. Walang indibidwal na pareho. They may have same patterns at some point but still they're not the same. Kaya huwag sana tayong mag-expect masyado. At kung nag-set ka ng expectation sa isang tao at di niya nagawa yun, hindi lang ikaw ang disappointed. Mas disapointed siya sa sarili niya kasi she/he feels like a total failure. Let's be more kind. You don't know what's going on in someone else's life.

Minsan talaga hindi natin maiwasang makapagsabi ng masama sa kapwa. Minsan di mo naman sadya. Minsan sadya. Dala ng personal na inis. Dala ng buyo mula sa paligid. Pero ano pa man ang dahilan, we should not be that kind of human. Be more considerate and compassionate. We don't know what is going on with their life. We don't know the whole story. With words we speak we might be breaking the small pieces of theirselves. We should be more sensitive. But today, I just did what shouldn't be done. I spoke hurtful words to my elder bro. That's so insensitive of me. Haay. I really find myself guilty now. I didn't use my head. I just allow my emotions to control me and of course the negativity that surrounds me. I feel so sorry for myself. Madalas, napapansin kong ganun ako. I should improve myself with this. Hindi kasi dapat ganun. Sabi nga ni Bro. Bo, be a miracle to those in need. And what I did today was the opposite. I'm sorry, God. 😟 I should be better moving forward. Look to people with love. Not hate. Not with belittlement.

Frustrated.
At times when my emotions kicks from high to low and vice versa, I feel super ultra mega frustrated. Hindi ko mapigilan. That’s really something I can’t control. Along with that is my mouth speaking words like knife that could probably kill someone’s life.
Nung lunes, we had a fight. We both got hurt. We both did wrong to each other. But what I learned from it? Don’t dismiss him that way. Kung sakin nga naman ginawa yun? Masasaktan din ako. It was late when I realized that. Pero I still justified it to him. Why I acted that way. I’m just frustrated and I can’t calm myself that time. Gusto ko lang ma-explain to let out it all. Afterwards, I said sorry. He said it too. And now.. I’m happy we’re okay. 😊 Sabi niya nga, moving forward we’ll just make things right. At dahil matatag kami pareho, that argument won’t break us but make our relationship stronger.
I promise not to do that again. And I want to commit to myself not to be frustrated that easy. When frustration comes along, I’ll shut my mouth first and breathe deeply! I can do it! I need to do it! ✋💖
