20 mile ride to the beach. Lots of sailboats out.

My wife saw this guy out in the street while she was walking the dog yesterday. She was very worried that he would get hit by a car so she called me to be the turtle crossing guard.

Managed to get him across the busy road and back into the woods headed for the stream.

Got out and did 32 miles in the hills this morning. Felt exceptionally good today. So very happy about that.

Great start to the long Memorial Day weekend !!

Haven’t done any swimming so I’m doing my first ever duathlon next weekend 👍

Hi there!

Did an nice easy 3 mile run with a mile warmup and a 1/4 mi cool down.

What did you do today?

1 week post rotator cuff surgery.

Trying to see how much apparatus I can wear at once.

Got these about 5 years ago because I mentioned to my wife that one of the guys I ride with had time them and I they seemed like a great thing to have for riding in the cold. Of course, she took note and got them for me for Christmas.

I finally wore them. They did a really good job keeping my feet warm and dry during today’s 20 mile ride in 40 degree, cloudy weather and wet roads.

The sun eventually came out and it was actually nice.
