Dont get me wrong, this is the Most physically demanding job I've ever had, but there's always someone there if I need help. There are people who will remind me to drink water and ask if I need a ride home when its too hot to walk. We can afford downtime and breaks, not having to devote every second to productivity and profit.

The people are different too. Since the aid we provide (not just food) is the epitome of "handouts" which many conservatives despise, we tend to draw in more progressive and caring volunteers. I've spoken openly with coworkers and supervisors about my boyfriend and about my experiences as a trans man. I've met progressive town council members who want our input and joined in discussions on how to make spaces more inclusive for our diverse community. And it bleeds out into the rest of my life too! People we serve recognize me on the bus and are happy to see me, even those I've never had a conversation with due to a language barrier.

they are anti-mspec lesbians and anti ocean-gay flag and are reposting xenogenders created by many different creators. ive messaged them to take down my own flags but i doubt they know exactly as its by request it seems.

Calling it the asexual spectrum doesn't mean aro = ace, or grey = ace, or [insert aspec identity here] = ace, it means aro, grey, etc are all part of one spectrum. Asexuality is simply one label of many under the asexual spectrum. You can be allosexual and still be on the asexual spectrum if your romantic/alterous/etc orientation is aspec. "Asexual" in asexual spectrum is just the Title of the spectrum, just as schizophrenia is the Title of the schizophrenia spectrum (which includes a bunch of different psychotic disorders) ("Title" isn't the right word for it, but hopefully you know what I mean :V).

Could you not even be bothered to do a SECOND of research before dragging a different community in to defend your ignorance? Look up "schizospec" on tumblr, and then apologise to all the schizos that have been trying to create a more inclusive environment here for ages now.

Sure, often we use schizophrenia as a blanket term when we're dealing with people who are uninformed about the other schizo- types/disorders and don't have the time/energy to explain further, but that doesn't make it correct, it just makes it the path of least resistance. We also recognise that it's important for every schzio to feel welcome in their own community, so we took the commonly shared part of a word and put -spectrum at the end to create a more inclusive term.

I thought I'd be moving in late august but they denied me after saying they would take me and Alan now thinks jve been lying to him about moving I have less than two weeks to move
