CROSSING MY LEGS GAILY. OH BOY. SETTLE IN. THIS COMES IN THREE PARTS.

First. Eating (for me) in front of others (again. for me) is an incredibly stressful experience. I'm always stressed about choking on food, how i look eating, if I'm eating correctly, how my plate looks to others, etc -- but it's also tied to bonding moments. it's nice to share a meal with others. but the act of being watched/observed while i eat is paralyzing. so there's the emotions of Extreme Stress and Extreme Love. together, the emotions conflict and create the nauseating feeling of "horror".

Second. I have a huge sweet tooth, and I am VERY KNOWN to gorge myself on sweet treats -- really. you should see the amount of pastries i can pack away -- like there's no limit to the amount of sugar ill consume. past the point of feeling full and into being physically sick. but ill keep trying to push through and eat more. it's the pinnacle of horror. something that's so good that you hurt yourself to eat more. that's the peak. something so good being made bad.

Third. last but not least. there's my love for meat. i love tearing into a rare steak and having the juice drip down my arms. literally my favorite treat is to make a rare steak and eat it over the sink so the juices just fall down the drain. not even bothering with a plate. it's cannibalism. it's the ripping and tearing of meat. licking the fat and juices off your fingers. it's messy. it's primal. it's the peak experience of eating. it's horror in the way of abandoning all social niceties (like in #1) and being like "don't you just want to go apeshit? don't you just want to eat raw meat?"
