omg hatter okay so i havent actually watched/read anything about hatter besides the long halloween (which isnt even centered on him) so i dont really yet know what to think. i did draw him several times before in my own design

i do plan to watch BTAS episodes of him very soon so yea ill tell you my thoughts then !
