Recently replaced my cracked tempered glass with matte and omg drawing hasn't felt so good in such a long time 🤤 here are some sketches featuring my OCs! 💕✨ I actually also managed to type up a story plot draft on these OCs as they each have a name and purpose

A little bit of background, they actually already existed from around 2012. I know I had drawn Fira the most, but I did have a lot other sketches of the other characters. Back then I had an idea and wanted to try making a webcomic but found the timing schedule conflicting + unstable mental health 😔 they were however my babies and I find myself enjoying drawing them the most when I have the time or urge to! Some random sketches tonight because I felt like it...

Each sketch took about 10+ minutes and I made sure to keep the pace and practice of not putting any pressure on my skills. Sometimes it's nice to just let go a little and do whatever with little drawings.

An update!

Unfortunately I lost all my WIP files. Smart me resorting to uninstalling CSP because of a continuous import error, and finding out I also accidentally wiped all my other previous CSP files. I tried my best to recover them but unfortunately they're all gone ;__; I'm really sad but I have to move forward!!! New start right??? right.....

The warrior and his prince 💕 featuring Shiro in an outfit loosely based on the Iban traditional outfit, and for Lance, based loosely on the (female askdjsjd) traditional outfit of the Sama-bajau tribe!

I chose the outfits mainly for the matching elements+tribal activity+environment - Ibans are pretty hardcore (at one point they’re considered lethal headhunters and I think that’s some major stuff) and quite rooted within their culture and traditions, while Sama-Bajau are considered to be sea people/nomads, with most living along the coastline and the actual sea! I had fun drawing this out, despite it taking so long… Might end up getting invested in this au lmao
