So while I’m recovering I thought I would completely change the look of my space. Change is so hard but I force myself to change. So since I’ve made an internal and external change I might as well change my surroundings. My current room looks like a mix of a rock stars bedroom/ lounge of a Moroccan hotel lol. I have all black curtains to keep the sun out. All black bedroom furniture. A Moroccan carpet with everyone color you can imagine ... and my walls , Oh God! My walls are sapphire blue .

This was when my heart and head were completely dark. I was going through a lot, with no pun intended I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. I was lost. Mentally, spiritually, physically, and financially. One day I will fully tell this story of my past life but for right now let’s focus on my decor.

After the darkness, I became complacent. I didn’t like the style of my room but I was too busy to do anything about it. I didn’t know how I wanted it to look. Now that I have created a completely new life for myself and my alter-ego (Genevieve) is ready to play. Yes I have an alter-ego. This is a story for another day so someone please remind me to tell it someday lol (I’ve had 5 alter-egos in my life...so far).

Anyways, I’m bringing the light into my life. I’m starting over. I’ve become a whole new person. I’m eternal. With this new light I accept joy, wealth, change, life, love and prosperity. This means so much more to me than just changeinh decor. First I’m going to get my hands dirty with painting and putting furnitures together, but it’s the concept of reinventing. I will reinvent myself as many times I want for as long as I want. I invite you to do the same...
