First off most people never know for sure if they are even going to be able to make a living at something they love to do. But that is the whole point of life. If everything we decided to do had a guaranteed end result I think living would be boring. A big part of what makes doing what you love for a living is the journey you had to take to get to that point. I think you just need to believe in yourself and follow what feels right to you. Just try not to put so much pressure on you making a living from photography, it might take the joy out of doing it. 

Oh I 100% would say that. While it is flattering that people may say I am inspirational and I don’t take that for granted I still think they should dig deeper than instagram to learn about the history of photography. People can seek inspiration from wherever they want… that is what inspiration is. I am merely saying that if you get involved in a art form it is beneficial to learn about its history and to take notice of some talented people who have helped push the craft. I could only wish to have a body of work like HCB,Bruce Davidson or Elliot Erwitt when I am gone.
