My brother just killed himself because he thought his problems were too big to carry. To absolutely anyone who thinks the only way out is death, you're wrong. Reach out. Problems that are too big for one alone can be shared with others to lighten that load. You are not alone, you are not worthless, and your life has meaning. Things are going to get better. Reach out, even if it's to a stranger, because no one deserves to feel like suicide is an option, let alone the only solution. My family is torn apart because my brother took his own life. I would rather have been his therapist and his support than his pal bearer and his mourner. Someone cares, just reach out for them.
