The bar and restaurant was a quite a small one, yet not too small. It was perfect. You have been coming here every day for the last seven years, 2555 days. Only missing the ones he is messing. Watching from afar, too afraid to approach him. afraid not of him but of what might happen if you come near him and your thoughts turn to be true, which are most likely are true, yet you don’t want it to be confirmed. You’re not ready, and after those years you don’t think you’ll ever be ready. Not for this, never for this. You were standing by the entryway, looking at him, admiring him as he played the grand instrument. Someone came and stood by your side, you never tore your eyes away from the man you came to watch, you knew who stood by your side.

“You’re back again.” You stated, taking a deep breath.

“And you have yet to talk to him.” Niklaus replied, he too watched the man you have come to watch.

“I cannot and you know that.” You said and with one last longing look turned to look at the man by your side.

“And may I ask once again why?” Klaus asked you. “You’re the only one who can, and you chose not to.”
