The Communication Process
Communication can best be summed up in a comprehensible way as the transmission of a message from a sender to a recipient. In the corporate world and in personal life, the value of good communication is immeasurable.
The most important aspect of overall quality control is effective communication. A big determinant of business success is the way people view and speak to each other at work about various problems.
The communication process is the guide for successful communication to be realized. It is through the correspondence process that the sharing between the sender and the recipient of a shared sense takes place. In any area of their career, individuals who adopt the communication method will have the ability to become more efficient. Good communication results in comprehension.

Components of The Communication Process
Sender: This is the person who delivers a message to a recipient.
Message: This refers to the data that is relayed to the receiver by the sender.
Channel: This is the transmission of the message or its distribution process.
Encoding: The process of sending the message done by the sender.
Receiver: The receiver is the person who receives the message from the sender.
Decoding: This is the message 's understanding done by the receiver.
Feedback: The receiver might provide feedback or an answer to the sender in certain cases. It initiates an interaction.
The Communication Process with Regards to Weaver’s Model
The first move the sender is faced with includes the method of encoding. The sender must begin encoding in order to express meaning, which means converting data into a message in the form of symbols that represent ideas or concepts.
To begin transmitting the message, the sender uses some kind of channel (also called a medium). The channel is the means used to convey the message. Most channels are either oral or written, but currently visual channels are becoming more common as technology expands.
The message enters the decoding stage of the communication process after the required channel or channels are selected. The receiver performs decoding. After the message is received and analyzed, to assign some sort of significance to it, the stimulus is sent to the brain for understanding. It is this stage of processing which constitutes decoding.
In order to make the symbols meaningful, the receiver starts to interpret the symbols sent by the sender, converting the message to their own collection of experiences.
Effective communication takes place when the sender's message is correctly interpreted by the recipient.
The final link in the communication process chain is feedback. The receiver responds in some way after receiving a message, and signals the response to the sender.
Feedback is a crucial component in the process of communication since it helps the sender to assess the message 's effectiveness. In order to explain a confused post, feedback eventually offers an incentive for the sender to take corrective action.
