Having trouble finding the right dress size? Here's how to find the perfect FIT
So, there is no secret that many curvy ladies will struggle to find an outfit for special occasions or ย the simple day to day wear from most clothing brands.ย As a plus size woman myself, I know how daunting it is. I donโt know if itโs just me, but I constantly see all these lovely dresses and outfits splashed all over the magazines and social media adverts.ย
After falling in love with them and grabbing my credit card to make an order, I always later find that they only stock up to a size 12. In the odd event that they actually stock the outfit in my size, when it does arrives it doesnโt fit me right. I end up looking like a jacket potato which is tightly wrapped in some sort of spacious material type of dress. I can hardly breathe in because I have to wear a pair of suck in pants which are a size too small!!
As a group at Ms Curvaceous we tested out some of the latest pieces in Boohooโs curve range at our masterclass recently in Birmingham.We gave each of our ladies an opportunity for one to one time with celebrity stylistย Everything To A Tย who gave practical tips for dressing your body shape.The range really made sure there was something for everyone. All of the items were of great quality and the range is on trend with all of the latest styles and when discussing the prices, everyone agreed that they were very reasonable.
The good news is that more brands now are expanding their ranges into plus sizes and appreciating that curvy women want to look great too! I can feel confident now that if I need an outfit for a night out. I know that Boohoo or other high street brandsย will have something that will suit the occasion, and I can feel sexy and empowered that I look as great as everyone else!
