I look at a new day as a new challenge. So what am I going to do today? Learn new things about myself and push myself to do great things.

MS doesn't stand a chance against me. It's all in the name: S-  Smart A- Always V- Victorious  A- Against  G- Giant  E- Enemies I was built to defeat to MS.

Even though I have been quarantined in my room, my mind is free to travel and explore the world through my computer.

When something strange happens, it could actually be the best thing. I remember my father passing away in my face and the way it happened was real strange. I went to the restroom, came back, and he left right then. The way he left was with both hands in the air, like he was going to reach me from the other side.

Let's start taking some time to just laugh at something and see how it makes us feel. Hopefully it brings more happiness.

Could it be that the world is getting tired of our cigarette smoke and bad habits and is now fighting back? Maybe we should start caring a little more about Mother Earth and the air we breathe.

I'm taking this time to reflect on myself. I've learned that I can overcome anything as long as I stay focused, so I am up for this challenge.

When you think the end is near, it is just preparation for what else is coming. The future looks better when it gets real dark because it means the light is coming. Just wait.

The struggle is real. Listen to your doctors and who knows, the future might be real bright.

The key to all of this is God. Lets include him and see what happens.

I am a prime witness to getting knocked down and getting back up. You should know everyone will get knocked down during their journey. The important thing to remember is to always get back up to because only the strong survive.

It seems like the sun is shining brighter today. Hang in there and this will be over soon. Time is on our side.

Faith is the substance of things you hope for but the evidence of things not yet seen. With faith, there is an end coming.

Things are getting better. Even the smallest steps show progress. We're making it.

Think for yourself. If you listen to your inner voice and not what others think or say about you, you can do exceptional things.
