• No school beyond grade 6 for girls.

• No university, no jobs, not even nursing or working for the UN.

• No public spaces :parks, gyms, beauty salons, even restaurants are forbidden.

• No freedom of movement without a male guardian.

• No voice in public, sometimes not even at home if men can hear.

• No bodily autonomy, contraceptives banned, justice system weaponized, women flogged and stoned.

This isn’t “culture.” It’s the deliberate destruction of female existence in public and private life.

And yet… the world shrugs.

Why? Because women’s rights are always treated as negotiable. It’s not complex. It’s patriarchy with guns.

We don’t need “awareness.” We need rage that doesn’t fade and solidarity that doesn’t stop when the headlines do. Afghan women are resisting every single day, often at the risk of prison, torture, or death. The least we can do is refuse to normalize their oppression.

Silence is complicity.

I’m not saying anyone should or deserves to get hurt, I’m just saying there’d be a lot fewer women pretending there’s no difference between getting hit/tackled by a male vs a female in contact sports if they’d actually experienced it

purity culture is not criticizing an artist for a problematic album cover that glorifies the degradation of women

This is an excellent way to show that Right-Wing and Left-Wing political parties mirror each other and neither side is really all that different. Both wings on the bird have a shared interest in oppressing women, they just disagree on how to go about it. As Andrea Dworkin said, Right-Wingers want women to be private property, Left-Wingers want women to be public property.

Believing that labels (regarding gender and sexuality) have no meaning and that you can use whatever label you like.

Sex offenders and rapists can be redeemed.

Kink (particularly BDSM as a sub) is empowering for women.

Assuming a 'masculine' woman uses they/them pronouns.

Women and non-binary people being lumped together.

The terms "uterus havers", "non-man", "birthing people", etc.

Believing that lesbian is an umbrella term.

Criticising Christianity for being misogynistic and homophobic, but defending Islam.

Holy shit these people are actively supporting fetishization under the name of "transgenderism"
